That is not a good look on anyone in admin position there. So this sounds like they aren't really serious about looking for coaches or they already have the people they want. Either way, not a good look.

Well...don't keep up with this area too much but seems like that 4a region has went from crap stain of TN 8-10 yrs ago to one of the best in the state (in 4a). I haven't seen this job posted anywhere unless I'm wrong. Is White Co really that good of a job now (like the UC is saying)? What are the resources like? Weird that no current HC (according to the coacht gossip column) has applied. Didn't Chattanooga's finest (Caine) go fer one dem interviews last time dis job was open? No offense, but I don't see a job where you don't have coaches in the building that great of a job...maybe in UC-land, but to normal sports people. No coaches in the building sounds insane. Good luck White Countians on your search. Booger was just sayin!

Doesn't seem to be in foul nature like the Trousdale guy did it. lol That situation still makes me laugh on how crazy they are on down there in Hartsville. Also, heard "The City" are just now starting to reach out to people about interviews. I don't know if that is true, but if it is I'm sure Lincoln Co HS would love for them to take their time. 😄

No Coordinator experience? Wouldn't they go after someone with HC experience first, then DC/OC 2nd? Or that guy have OC/DC experience at those other places?

Didn't the admin accidentally release names of all who applied for this job to other applicants in a cc email. If so, I can smell a Trousdale scheme a mile away! lol PLEASE LET THAT RUMOR BE TRUE! If it is, I'm guessing A LOT of coaches are pulling their name out the CITY HC hat!

Greenback is a good job now since the trash has went through. Poor decisions made, hopefully leadership realizes football matters and they get back on track. Haven't posted in awhile, (forgot my login lol) but now is a good time for Greenback to Getback! 1a is better when they aren't a dumpster fire! Good Luck fellas.

Tennessee needs to do that. Georgia is way ahead of Tn in that department. 11 month contracts are the way to go to get quality coaches to actually come on board.

Yeah, just google the school system's website and follow links till you find the pay scale for that county. Rhea doesn't have theirs on their website because nothing is up to date in that area, but your teaching salaries start at $40,000 or more now due to increases by state funding etc.... I do have a good teacher friend that stated you can negotiate your salary when coming to Rhea Co, but who knows...that is just hear say. But back to the topic at hand....What happen between Rhea and Pemberton???

Yeah...What is the plan for this football team moving forward? Why did that coach head out for a dumpster fire? Crazy times! Sweetwater seems to have made out ok in this one...time will tell as always.

So what is the truth here fellas, looks like some are saying big spring roster and everything is good, and others saying the progrum is going under with no kids! lol Who actually knows what is going on here!?!?! How did their spring scrummage go? Anyone know the truth...the truth will set you free...and get you divorced!
