Tennessee needs to do that. Georgia is way ahead of Tn in that department. 11 month contracts are the way to go to get quality coaches to actually come on board.

Yeah, just google the school system's website and follow links till you find the pay scale for that county. Rhea doesn't have theirs on their website because nothing is up to date in that area, but your teaching salaries start at $40,000 or more now due to increases by state funding etc.... I do have a good teacher friend that stated you can negotiate your salary when coming to Rhea Co, but who knows...that is just hear say. But back to the topic at hand....What happen between Rhea and Pemberton???

Football drives school culture...I just wish these admins & decision makers would figure that out. So what is the number SS wants for this job vs the number AE is willing to pay for SS? Could it be that Central don't want to pay for a coach and go the cheap route first and see if that coach wins then pay??? I just don't see Central's booster club being cheap with the guy they want unless there are divided on who the principal wants vs the boosters/stake holders of the school. If SS is the guy, pay...If not, get your Shish together and make a decision as an admin who you want and go lay in that bed and support him. But I do OnlyFans for money...what do I know! They pay me to put the clothes back on!
