Hooper ur really somebody to tell somebody they need to learn how to hit. Whats ur BA? I doubt its higher then Tramont Moody's. How many home runs do u have? Jo Byrns 19 Houston Co. 5 Parker Holman got the W pitching all 7 innings and giving up 2 earned runs. Wasnt his best stuff, but still got the job done. The run support was there for sure. Colton Morris, Parker Holman, and Evan Anderson all had 3 hits. While several others had 2 hits. Great way to hit the halfway point in district play

Mcewen has the deepest field in the state, because it is square instead of round. It is also there practice football field. It is like 400 in left 550 in enter and like 380 in right. That is freakin deep. If somebody fast burns the center fielder, it is an inside the park home run.

To beat Jo Byrns you will have to outscore them. There offense will most likely be MORE explosive then last year. Now with that said, Jo Byrns defense will be no where near what it was this past season. They lost 7 starters, so alot of spots will have to be filled including 6 of the front 8. With that said i think Jo Byrns or Cascade will win the region, but I am gonna say that Jo Byrns beats Cascade in a closer high scoring game. Jo Byrns will go to the 2nd round and play a tough Colllinwood team and could lose there. If they dont lose there they will prolly lose to Mt. Pleasant. Jo Byrns split with Hunters Lane today. We got to work alot of pitchers that don't usually pitch. So it was good. We also had alot of long htis. Tramont went yard twice, and Brooksher also went yard. A couple of more guys bounced them off the walls. This was ALL at Hunters Lane field, so they were legit bombs.

Considering it went halfway up the trees and the fence is 315, i doubt it was 280. But yes are field is too short. I wish we could move it back. Hoop and i love to talk crap, i didnt mean for anyone else to get involved, but hey crap happens. Just remember Hoop you started it man. But good luck!!!!!

Jo Byrns beat Nashville Christian 3-0 Parker Holman threw a gem. He pitched GREAT!!!!! To shut out the best hitting team in the district is saying something.

Jo Byrns beat USN 15-3 today at USN. Lane Saunders pitched 5 innings giving up 3 runs, and Colton Morris pitched the last 2 striking out 4 and giving up 0 runs. Freshman Abner Herndon hit his first high school homerun today. This is our last game b4 the big games with NCS next week!! Good luck to everyone in next weeks district games.
