Yea they always are in season but can’t win the big one versus my Alma mater the Upperman Lady Bees. Dodgen chokes when the pressure is turned up

Saw my Lady Raiders dominate at coffee county camp today with a split team. Should be another run to state for them. I was impressed by the younger girls playing with a lot of confidence and showing their skills. Coffee county looked impressive and they should have a good year, just wrong time to have Bradley be so dominant. Coach Cope is in mid season form and looks like he enjoyed his run to state at the local establishments there in Manchester. Two surprises on the day, how competitive Portland looked versus everyone. Second one is how awful Tullahoma looks. Portland has size, shooting, and plays a style that will win them games. Tullahoma looked out of sorts, no defensive intensity, offense was bland and looked middle school like. The college coach better understand he ain’t at Blackman anymore and figure things out, rather than posting on CoachT.

This is why the turnover on coaches is so high, why would anyone want to deal with any of it in this day?

Coaches who post on message boards < Coaches who do not care about message boards and actually win when it matters without having talent handed over to them.

Hibdon to Rockvale and the Huntland job got filled this past week.

Who would want that job? Can win just no chance of winning at a high level.

They will have an opening in a few years. Coach Turnham does not stay anywhere long at all. It has to be a lateral move, he wasn’t winning a district championship at Shelbyville he won’t at Warren County. They needed young and energetic at WC and that got old and not staying long instead.

Turnham takes the Warren County job after being at Shelbyville. Neither are winning their district, it has to be a lateral move at best. Warren County will be looking for another coach in 4 years because Turnham does not stay anywhere very long.

Agreed. Back in the early glory days of Blackman anyone could have coached those teams to state titles with multiple Division 1 and 2 athletes. Just needed someone to open the door and throw the balls out.

Do not think he has resigned think the school is tired of his antics and parents do not like him.
