  1. CoachSR, Are these rules that you are talking about written in a book somewhere? If so, how/where can I find them. I would like to read them. I have seen this situation when a high school coach doesn't want their players to play summer sports because it conflicts with "their" schedule. Thanks,
  2. Here is a link to the signing on the Frank Hughes website. http://www.fhsclifton.com/Special/Jessica%20Mcintosh.htm
  3. At 9am this morning Jessica McIntosh, a senior from Frank Hughes High School in Clifton, TN, signed an athletic scholarship with Bethel College to play golf and basketball. A small ceremony was held at the school for the signing with officials from Bethel College, FHS staff, family, friends, and teammates attending the ceremony. CONGRATULATIONS "MAC"!!!!!!!
  4. I have heard many stories from a lot of people about how good he could play. If only half of what I have heard is true, he would have to be listed as one of the best players to play the game. "Big Al" is now in his early-mid 60's and coaches boys basketball at Frank Hughes in Clifton, Tn. I could sit for hours and listen to Coach Ellison tell stories about the good ole days and how they would all get into one car with their coach and travel to another town to play basketball. I wish I could have had the chance to have played for him when I was in high school. By the way, if you should run across Coach Ellison in the gym, do yourself a favor and do not challenge him to a free throw shooting contest. HE WILL BEAT YOU !!!!
  5. You are welcome. We are glad that you enjoy the pics. Hope to have plenty more pics before the season comes to a close. GO FHHS LIONS AND LADY LIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. You are welcome. Thank you for letting us know that you enjoy the pics.
  7. You are welcome Defense101. Credit for taking the pic's goes to my wife, E. Boyd. She has taken most of them. I then sort and edit the pic's and place them on CoachT's website for everyone to enjoy. Thank you Defense101 for letting us know that you enjoy the pic's. GO F.H.H.S. LIONS AND LADY LIONS !!!!!!
  8. The Frank Hughes Lady Lions have two young ladies that achived this milestone this year. #25 Natalie Watson (A Junior) scored her 1,000 point against Hampshire on 12/10/2002 and #34 Jessica McIntosh (A Senior) scored her 1,000 point against Waterloo on 12/16/2002. It seems very unique to me that two players on the same team would surpass this milestone not only in the same year, but within 6 days of each other!!!!! CONGRATS TO BOTH OF THESE LADY LIONS PLAYERS!!!!!
