Notre Dame usually has a strong team. The best ND team I ever played against was my junior year when we (Catholic) were killed by them in the regular season, then went to their place in the tournament and scored 2 goals in the first 3 or 4 minutes. Div 2 East is probably the toughest region to play in the state. 5 solid teams the have to beat each other up all season/tournament and only get two bids to the state tournament. I predict Catholic and McCallie in the finals with Catholic winning. I won't lie, I am partial to Catholic, but we have always been a great tournament team. Good luck to all teams.

Depends which Catholic team shows up. In past years, Catholic (not to say Catholic did not have any talent, because they did) has not had nearly the talent as some of their competition has had, but won a lot of games because of their hard working and phyiscal attitude. Catholic beat Science Hill a few years ago 5-0 and then the next year Science Hill beat Catholic 3-1, even after Catholic scored a goal 15 seconds into the game. Should be a good match up.

I take that back. King's is going to make a run in the tournament. I have heard that they are fielding an excellent team this year and cancel all their games out of mercy for the other teams.

Hoya, it has been too long. This is MTBK4's counterpart. Wish we were playing right about now. We have yet to go to a game, but we will be there soon. I have been hearing that Mike is doing really well. I would say, without a doubt, that he is the best keeper in Knoxville, by far. I would even say he is better than that Robby Miller kid from Notre Dame. Mike is an excellent athlete, but what sets him apart from everyone else is technique. I think it will be Catholic and Baylor headed to state from Div 2. Catholic, for the first time in 3 years, will make it past the semi's. When is the next game after Baylor? PS. How is ole' Squirrel?
