Supposedly a smyrna player ran into the keeper on a long high shot that eventually went over the keepers head.... the player wasnt within 2 feet of the goalie.

Smyrna may be missing one but he might still be there. It's a shame, i know blackman wanted another shot at smyrna at full strength.

It should actually be two losses. They played both games without three normal starters and one loss was to BGA. Blackman is a very good team still. mjuhb def. does his homework.

I haven't seen all of the Williamson Co. teams but I don't believe Antioch's playing style is anything like those teams. They play a very fast and finesse style. They use alot of ball movement to get a team out of shape then take advantage of it. They are a very skilled team.

They will go very far, bu they wount win it all.

The keeper was coming out in anticipation of a either the defender passing it back or shielding the ball so he could pick it up. It was a very difficuld ball for the defender to play. It was bouncing while he was running back with the smyrna player tight on him. This goal came mainly from the pressure put on by the smyrna player.

smyrna tied siegel tonight 1-1. Siegel dominated the first half scoring in about 3 minutes. Smyrna came out very hard the second half and the game got much more even. Smyrna scored with about 12 to go on a misplay by the last defender.

How much did Mt. Juliet lose? seemed like they had alot of seniors last year.

the old coach or the new coach?

Smyrna has a new coach this year. Shouldnt be an issue though. He took Cookville to sub-state with mostly just juniors and sophmores, and they were the only team to beat Tullahoma.

I think.... its Feb. 13 and they havent played in even a scrimmage yet so its a little hard to tell. But I'll go with hendersonville anyways.

pretty good list top to bottom, especialy the riverdale as a sleeper. they will suprise some teams this year.

They weren't there long enough. I dont think they could have been there any longer.

Im gonna go out on a limb and say Hendersonville and Brentwood are gonna be pretty good.
