Bobcats Win!!!!!

30-23 wildcats Good game for Giles even with the lose. Even though they are 0-2 on the season, they are playing much better then they have in years past. Players should keep their heads up, a win will happen soon.

I am not sure what the numbers of the players are yet, but it is either Josh Prez (Sophmore) or Brandon Myles (Junior). I am figuring that #10 is Josh because he is a sophmore that only played on the JV team last year. He also played for the baseball JV team in which he pitched a lot. The kid does have an arm, but don't count out Rob Laxson for the starting position just yet. Rob has been struggling due to the past coaching staff, not bad mouthing them in anyway, but he should greatly improve under Coach Johnson. He has the experience and the brains to carry this team to some much needed wins, I should know, I am his brother. As far as others posting that we are already saying how good we are going to be with the addition of Coach Johson, that is crazy. We are happy that we could get a coach like Coach Johnson, but everyone here knows this is only the first step on a long road to even contending. Everyone in Giles Co. knows that they won't be contending for a State Title right away, but they do know it will be a lot better then the couple of wins they had last year!
