i have also heard this, but i think she is back now. that rumor was flying around pre-season. i wouldnt count on Abby being out her senior year, but who knows?

i will admit that we didnt look very good this summer but dont be surprised if we look different during the season. our coach was trying out some new stuff and i dont think that you shoulds set your expections on the summer. we have much improved already. come and watch some of our games. NO OFFENSE TAKEN

i did check it out and thank you for your confidence. i think we will be very strong this year b/c we have had some wonderful freshman step up this year. anytime you are on the 2nd or 3 year of basically returning everyone there has to be some sort of chemistry going between the players. i also would vote for Harpeth. i think that they will be a tough team to beat this year. We didnt do very well at segeil camps. we all know that. we were going on our 4th day of camps at that time and everyone was tired. (no excuse i know). i think we will be fun to watch this year.

that must be my bad. we(sycamore) were in Region 5AA last year with loretto, page, and giles, but are this year moved to Chester County's region. i guess we were moved into their region and not the other way around.

the region has changed this year. Giles and Loretto are no longer in this region. Region 5 will now be District 10AA (sycamore, cheatham, Montgomery Central, Waverly, Cheatham, Stewart Co., Harpeth, etc.) and Chester County is now in this region. i dont know which other regions have changed but i know this one has.

my vote is for Pearl Cohn's band. when they came to our school they had everyone watching them and not the football game. have you ever seen the movie drumline? imagine that just sitting next to you in the bleachers. they are very enteraining.

i know that i obviously dont go to either of these school hense my screen name but i do know that almost all rivelry games are about the same. people are going to talk it up but when it comes down to it, the winner isnt the one to talks the most stuff on COACH T. The winner will be the one whose game does the talking. both of these teams have had an awesome season up to this point. i think that this will be an awesome game to watch and i dont think anyone should talk so much crap on here ( which up to now is mostly coming from the Jo Byrns side) that their head gets to big to fit in their helmet. lets just see what happens. oh and to add one more thing, BigTruck4242 and RedDevil44, i dont think anyone will walk all over the other team. this should be a close game.

ok i dont think that you guys are above ER's league. Oh and TICO and CARLOS dont need to watch out for you b/c i think it's just the opposite. if you think that those two are pushovers then you have another thing coming. oh and im so sure that if either of them get hurt, you will have a whole team full of Indians to deal with. i Sure hope that Jo Byrns doesnt think that they are going to run all over East. They are doing great so far this season and i dont think that Jo Byrns is going to change that. Oh and i'll be sure to RELAY THE MESSAGE to Andrews and Hudson. GOOD LUCK!!!

What are your predictions for this Week 3 Matchup?

Given the fact the the last year's AA State Champs now reside in this region, i think that the whole region will be a pretty even match up. i dont think there will be 5 OUTSTANDING teams that will shine above all others.

Granted Harpeth may have beaten Rossview, but East is no Rossview. I think if you look back you will realize that Hudson had 1,500 yards his sophompre year. i also believe that they played harpeth that year too. so if you will sit and think about "containing hudson" i would say from the looks of it he couldnt be contained by Harpeth or anyone 2 years ago so what makes you think that those same people can get the job done now? I know people have gotten better over these years but it's on both sides of the field. i think East will come out stronger than you think and i dont think this game can be predicted. both sides are loaded with athletes and the result of the game will in the laps of those who want it the most. i guess we will just see what happens on Friday.

i think that East Robertson is a very underestimated team. they are in a tough region and many people think that b/c they are playing mostly private schools (examples: DCA, CPA, Goodpasture) that they are going to be a push over. i really dont think this is the case. we'll see what happens.
