i never said trousdale is not the best 1a football in TN.because in my opinion they are.i fully agree with you on that subject.it is very obvious they are the best.but i was just sayin that carter is very clearly the best weightlifting teenager in TN and probly even the world.he is a extremely decorated powerlifter and a pretty athletic ball player.he isnt D1 potententiol,and im not going to say he is.but definately a D2 or D3 singnee.but im always glad to hear your opinion goforthegoal.you seem like a very intelligent person.

glad to get to argue with you again Mr. snoball.but dont mean to bragg.hahahahahahaha.actually i do the best is seth carter.Snowball,sometimes i think you can see right through me you know the story about carter,but for anybody who doesnt,he squats 675 to 700,benches about 520,and deadlifts about 645.he is a junior at cascade.no highschooler in the state,let alone the world can outlift him one on one.he holds multible world records in those three lifts above.he is a competitive weightlifter and has won several world championships in the WABDL federation.and he is even sponsored by several different powerlifting apparel companies.snoball,i made this board just for you.because i knew you would put your 2 cents in,but then again that is what coacht is for.for people like me and you to argue about our differences.for example,you think trousdale is the best ball team to ever walk the face of the earth,thats ok.i will be the first one to tell you they would beat us by like 40 points,but on the other hand i dont really care.just like you dont care about powerlifting athletes,you have made that clear.am i right or am i right.hahahahahahahaha.i got to get back to history class

Cascade had alot of inexpierence on the line last year with 3 sophmores and sometimes 4 startin to due injury!!! But they have all been working very hard this offseason on speed, quickness and technigue. I was one of the injured and have also been workin hard to return for this next season. So im expecting Cascades offensive and defensive line to be much improved for this season!!!

who are the 500 lb benchers and what are the age and weight classes that they lift in,because i know of only a couple of high school kids around the state that can push that much weight

if you knew anything,you would know that a clean is technique not strength.for example gaston miller of riverdale cleans 300lbs,he is 5 foot 8 and probly weighs 150 to 160lbs.but how would you know if carter struggled with 225lbs.are you going to listen to some jealous dad from eagleville?that dont even know him i might add.carter would never make fun of anybody just because their not as good as he is at something.but your not getting the big picture here,goforthegoal talked about him first,cbq smarted off too.carter dont think hes better than anybody.but like anybody else, he doesnt liked being talked about.
