Yea, offensively Lipscomb has not looked great. The O-Line has had some problems and they have made some bad decisions. Most of that should get better with experience and once the season starts they will prepare individually for each team which they seem to do a good job of every year. I wouldn't worry too much because right now it looks like they should only have to score 14+ a game to win.

Yea there is no doubt that this game should be dominated defensively. I believe that at least one defense will score or set up great field position to punch it in. I think right now that greenbrier has looked a little better on the offensive side of the ball but Lipscomb's defense has been more dominant. I think it will all come down to field position and special teams. Field goals may look like touchdowns in this one. Final Prediction- Lipscomb- 17 Greenbrier- 14

Thats correct. The first unit will play the first quarter (possibly 15 mins) then the second/third units will play the last quarter.

Well hes got a little brother who plays and will be a freshman this year. He runs a 4.8 right now so we will see i guess..

I might add to this that lipscombs defense forced 3 turnovers including one for a touchdown. They are still a group to be reckoned with and gave up ONE big play. Sure it cost them 6, but they are still pretty tough. Yes, Lipscombs offense wasn't clicking and were unimpressive.They had driven down only to fumble on the 2 yard line and had several missed blocks. Running Back Matt Elrod had several big runs two of which were over 25 yards (on a 60 yard field) Overall it was really a sloppy scrimmage some due to the rain, some due to the teams.
