Im very suprised at the team. So far they haven't been very good at any faze of the game. Rebounding, foul shots, defense, blocking out, way to many fouls, their just not doing anything very well at this point. Their nowhere near the team they were at the end of last year. And they should be better, even this early in the season. With 4 returning starters they should be on it right out of the gate. I thought they might be one of the teams to make it to state this year but that looks unlikely now. Just to many problems to fix. Everybody says Morgan is the real deal and maybe he can bring them around. But then again, if he's the real deal why doesn't he have them ready to play now?

I'm no Central fan, in fact can't really stand their obnoxious students, but do you really think that Central is going to finish 6th behind Volunteer and TH? Come on now and drop the bias

There probably isnt a sophmore in the big 9 that could start for the varsity team except Odum and Adams from Science Hill and they might not even start there.

 

But I do have to say Frankie Adams from DB has the best chance of anyone around here starting as a sophmore on varsity.

Congrats to Brentwood on a much deserved win over South!!! I have never seen more rude fans from a school than I did with the South crew. Even the parents were rude to other teams. That has a lot to say about the school and the kids there. Hopefully they'll learn some manners in the future. Congrats Brentwood!!

Many teams in Upper East TN were forced to deal with the same behavior by South fans. In fact, one school's student section even chanted "Red-neck parents" throughout the match.

I just can't get excited about east tn. basketball anymore. Everybody is just playing for the chance to get blown out by a Memphis team in the first round.

The bulldawg is a Jr., and he also plays football at DB. He has wrestled since middle school.

It's pretty funny to listen to the fans of the losing team cause they always have the best excuses...How can Gabe ball on wattad if sh didn't play man that much, and like Broadway Baller said wattad guarded hess on man so chs, stop making so many excuses. And I can't wait til they come to the cougar den, i'll bet anyone right now $20 that Wattad outscores everyone and has one of the best games of the season. Any takers?

Wow, why do people even talk about SCHS, theres no way they can even keep up with a team like the hill. Dickie Jr. and Gabe the slave could have career nights and the score still wouldnt be close.

I wonder why JoJo doesn't wrestle also...I am sure he would be killer on the mat.

WaCo isn't against D-B or Josef Throp...I believe that he, as I, think the ridiculous posts both for and against Josef should stop...we are proud of this team being 3-1 and look forward to a season where the Indians continue to play hard and put themselves in position to win.

I, as well as many others, believe JoJo is the most outstanding athlete in the east tenn. area. He is crazy. I believe we should keep praising him and all his efforts. A player of his calibur doesn't come around too often.
