pointless conversation. whats done is done. coach is wrong in some and many situations but refuses to admit when he screws up. boys screw up and all heck breaks loose. Probably like this in a lot of schools. boys need to play ball for themselves at this point and leave outside influences outside. and btw it was a starters parent. if i am not mistaken he has started sense he was a freshman.

I understand it was Senior Night, but I have to agree with what Trapp did after the game. If you was at the game and watched the way they played. Why would you cry after a game you didn't give a 110% effort. However its not all the players, i hope they change their mind sets going into the Greenbriar game i really dont want to see them get embaressed. I saw video and yeah they played terrible. As I said befor I dont know the details on everything but I do no boys who play and have played and the way i see it he could have handled things a lot better. Maybe not as mature as you would expect a coach to be.

is trapp getting his little feelings hurt? Wish I had gone to the game! herd his feelings got hurt pretty bad by a parent after the game. somethin about downing the seniors when they were on the field during an emotional moment with their last home game and all.

Heard coach trapp asked people to quit poting stuff on here and running mouths.... think there is any truth to the rumor? I know he don't like his team even reading this posts.

Dekalb has what it takes to win. Depends on which team shows up to play and which coach shows up to make the calls.

I dont think anyone is taking away from LA. They did what they had to do to get a win. Everyone knew that defending the run is a weak point for DC. I think he was just stating a fact that poteete was hurt. I am sure it would have been hard to look spectacular hobbling around on a bummed ankle all night. I think the kid played with heart and hurt or not he stuck it out through the game. kudos to him for that. Congrats to la for makin it to playoffs

watched clip of the "interception" last night and it was a bounce. did not watch the rest of the video so i cant say if the rest of the stuff was good or bad just know the interception was not an interception.

heard he banged his ankle/foot up pretty good but i am not an insider so dont rely know

more about bein sr. nite than the game itself.

field was tarped last night after practice from what i here. as long as tarp does its job the game will be at dekalb thursday nite

Who has the answers? The coach makes terrible play calls and doesn't use the 2 better runners on the team other than 6-8 plays per game. Is it small town politics? That would explain why one of the boys is a starter when everyone else knows that he shouldn't be. Thank the world one of his assistants got out before he played the kiss butt game. I am venting and looking for answersand I am a fan. This coach needs to be a leader and he isnt at all. He plays the blame game but never ever earns respect by saying he was wrong to. Terrible when your entire football team questions you. All but the Jr. Pro team he coached years ago who are back on his team in high school. And by the way, don't have a son on the team, have a relative but I will not say my name ONLY cuz I would fear the coach seeing my relative in a different light and using that against him. NOt sayin he would just don't wanna chance it.
