It still doesn't change the fact that with a higher enrollment the first 8 girls who contribute have played since the school had 700 attending. they have not benefited from the increase.

Well the official enrollment for WV is 1182 and yes that is higher than most AA schools, but as you know TSSAA works on two year contracts and the realignment takes place every two years. It's not WV's fault, also they are playing this year with the same girls that started as freshman when the enrollment was just short of 700.

I am not a big fan of BB, but after reading some of the earlier posts that by the way have been closed, I thought I should make my own post. For what it is worth a couple of years ago my son played against BB the only two games they lost were to them. That team and coaching staff show nothing but respect to the other players and to their fans. Coach Akins is a class act. He molds the players lives for life after football. He even offered to help my son with choosing a college and continuing his atheletic career. BB won the first half and DCA won the second. Score tied and the game goes to overtime, DCA wins someone had to. Why are some of you spoiling what I thought was an excellant game? Congrats to both teams, way to go DCA.

Maybe I should have asked which coach with a winning tradition that have never won a state title. There are some excellant coaches and programs that have never won the big dance. Mike Turner from Charleston/ Walker Valley has close to 650 wins in his career and I don't think has had a team win it all.

Who is losing a load of seniors this year? Who has to rebuild or reload?

Who will have to start over to build a winning program because of grduation?

Is there a list posted of a complete rundown of who finished where?

Who do you think has the best chance in each division of being state champs in singles and doubles?

Just curious how many School have a Lacrosse program? And when did this sport first start in the state?
