thats a pretty nialistic way of looking @ it, and i sure bet you'd enjoy watching us get hammered in the finals, that sure wouldn't speak well for the teams we beat to get there(example; gordonsville)

no ma'am it was about 7 to eight years ago, all im sayin is there is a big difference in talking a big game while your beating someone than talking a big game while your getting beat personally i talked alot of trash on the field but i waited till someone else on the other team started the talking what im refering to is the comical way the g-ville players i played would be talking trash while getting thumped soundly, one thing i never did do though was run my mouth while i was being out played(but then again me and the guys i played with only got outplayed 4 times in as many years) just sayin it looks pretty stupid to get beat and then continue to talk trash(not you, no offense intended) both teams and fans should button their lips and let their hats do all the talking

i never said we didnt run our mouths but our helmets and the score board hav been doin most of our talkin for the last 18 years and thats pretty sad if they have to hit in combos to shake people up i played with guys when i was a soph that would take out three tigers busting up wedges on kick off

i never said superstar you pulled that out of thin air(fact of life), also it has been decided, g-ville put up a goose egg(fact of life) and got beat by 30+ points thats pretty good margin between 1st and whatever g-ville is ranked(fact of life), yes they will do better with their QB back and that will factor in like any thing else, and i dont know were your coming from with this who's getting scholorships from collage stuff, i guess thats something else you pulled out of the air, and my head isnt big i know trousdale is capable if getting beat by a team just like any other, the reason i defend them so is because the arguements that are put up here are without merit, but i also know that anyone with any sense can see that trousdale is DECIDEDLY the favorite(fact of life)and g-ville and fcs are not in the same boat as trousdale we are the favorite and you guys are playing catchup(fact of life)also no team in the country has 140+ yards in penalties while playing to their full potential(fact of life)and as far as any of the games between TC and g-ville being gimmes, no they haven't been gimmes but i played g-ville 6 times and those teams ran their mouths a lot harder than they hit(opinion of life) maybe thats changed i hope hope so, finally the reason you didnt see what we're making such a fuss over is because of the fact that you did not see trousdale play to their full potential the first time they played(fact of life) you're in denile because you want to blow out of purportion your teams chances to win thats natural though i do the same thing when UT plays, it wasn't who they played that made the difference(fact of life) it was the mistakes they made, and if you look back at the records i think we established our self as the BIG DOG of this rivalry and region a long time ago(fact of life) nuf said on the fact$$$$ of life

little bit of rounding up your math there cantfind lets try this 6x6=36 figure PAT's 1x6=6 so that sets us @ 42points and we'll say two of them get in twice add another 14 that would give us 42+14=56 thats alot of points but not impossible for this said team. stifler talks big, a little to big @times but your taking what he said to a even bigger extreme i personnaly think it will be at least a three touchdown defecit if they play like they did last time but if their hittin on all cylinders, katie bar the door, cause the storm is a'comin, but il giv credit to g-ville they play hard and there's always a chance of upset but, i wouldn't bet the rent on it

you also need to take into account that trousdale didnt play up to their potential in the last game either had alot of penalties i think it will be a different game with both teams playing alot better games but i think the smart money would say we're gonna be looking @ pretty similar results, and i agree they're should be no exuses on either side of the ball when the final whistle blows

it gonna take a great football team or a lot of mistakes on trousdales part for them to get knocked of this year (not probable but none the less possible)so until then just keep on hatin haters, some body get on hear and dog us with an original arguement so i can pick it apart, im gettin tired of shootin down the same wounded ducks

honestly i think it will be a good game it's always a lot harder to beat a team twice in a season i think it will be fairly close but a 3 td defect wouldnt be surprising

even bigger flaw in your retort, i never justified the play calling or the score and i never blamed the clock on any of the players(obvious coach's decision), im just saying that people are using this score(and i have already made clear that i dont agree with it) as the newest starting point in a arguement against clint, and dont think your the only person thats "been there" i played in games were i was told to punt on 1st and ten(id rather a team beat me 1091-0 than punt it back to me on 1st nd ten), also a football player (especially a freshman) should never be told to lay down, not after working hard all season, getting whipped by 1st team just to be sent out on the field and told to lay down. i dont blame rbs for anything i played them and i have a great deal of respect for them, but that doesnt change the writing on the wall, for heavans sake the line was TC by 84 this was going to happen, im not boasting in fact im ashamed of the things alot of people from trousdale have posted on here but that still doesnt change the fact that when teams of such different caliburs meet this is the result, finally 1 more time so you get it, i dont agree with the late in the game play calling. that said. what do you think the score was going to be 14-12, in all actuallity on paper and on the field trousdale is probably pretty close to being 12 to thirteen touchdowns better than rbs but that doesnt mean they had to put on the board

91-0 is ridiculous, what is also ridiculous is how far people keep going with this, clint could have(should have) done somthing to keep it closer but, no one seems to aknowledge that the outcome of that game was nothing more than the sum of its parts, one of (if not) the best teams in 1a vs. one of (if not) the worst teams in the state, limited rosters on both sides, fumbles, int., returns, no one keeps the clock running, one team decidedly superior athletically. yes it got out of hand(and it shouldn't have) but can anyone on here really say it was that big of a surprise, in my opinion (and i humbly understand that is all it is) this has become a witch hunt for satterfield, please let it be known that i am not a big fan of clints, but even in this "brilliant" article by this "genious" ( i really hope you pick up on the sarcasm here im trying to put it on a pretty thick)Donovan stewart, can you not see that guy obviously doesnt like clint he even uses this score as a spring board to start the "dodging arguement" also in the ridiculous column, how can any of you actually believe one man has the influence to change all these things, none of you have any proof of these things and i have no proof to disuade you, when we talk about that we might as well be spitting in the wind, that said blowouts happen all the time but, but for some reason(coach, #1 team, the asinine things that some, not all harstville fans put on here)people on here are acting like this is the first blowout in the history of football, yes clint didn't show a lot of class, but you on here are praising mr stewart's column only because you agree with it, not because its a good piece of journalism, the first thing they teach in journalism classes is how to be nonobjective and and present all the facts, mr. stewart does neither, he simply got his opinion published

i played in that game and distictly remember shaking hands and dressing before me and any of my teammates got on the bus, and my parents and a lot of other fans were waiting in hartsville before we got back, but maybe i could wrong, i was only there, you sir are full of it

as a matter of fact jwhite i went back and read all 22 pages of those fcs post, and of your twelve posts in no way did you say anything that could even be interperated as, how did you put it "play of the year". also in your twelve post you called the opponents girls five maybe six times. that means in 50% of your posts' you call people girls, all iv seen you do on here is throw out slurs to incite arguements, that others from trousdale come in and finish, you have not once silenced anyone are thrown back one good argumentive post, the only relative things you've put on here is how many players we dress out, you dont really represent yourself on here as a good ambasador of our great county i can only hope you behave better on the sidelines
