Im going to Pikeville College in Kentucky. They have a great guys program plus a great girls program so the school has a great reputition. Both guys teams are really good. Hixson's guys put it on us that second game after being down 7-1. I have to give it to those guys for putting pressure on us to come out that 3rd game and bowl our butts off. Soddy's guys were really good to. They didnt give up even though they were down as much as they were. Both teams have great attitudes and they have both earned my respect.

It must make you feel extremely well to know that you can come on here and talk crap for no reason. if you ask many of the coaches around the state about the team and myself, they will tell you that we can bowl in other places. Now lets talk about my parents. My parents had no say in TSSAA hosting the High School State Tournament at all mainly because, MY PARENTS DO NOT OWN SMYRNA BOWLING CENTER! The owner took the offer because there wasnt any other bowling centers willing to give up a friday and a saturday's business. You know whats really funny though, is how you want to sit here and talk crap online but cant show it on the lanes. If you really wanna bowl me, we can set up a sport shot at any house you want, any lane surface you want, and we can see how good you are. It doesnt bother me that you guys want to talk crap about me bc i know my skills and so does the college im going to in which you arent. Yea i might be bragging a little but its just so funny how you wanna talk crap about me. Look, there is a Jr. Gold tournament Feb. 5th in Springfield and March 5th in Smyrna. These are SPORT SHOT tournaments so if you think you are good enough to run your mouth on here, show up to these tournaments. Thats if you have enough manhood to do it. Here's another suggestion, lets quit the crap talking because everyone saw how good the state tournament was, so nobody needs to be talking crap about the others.

Martin Methodist has a guys team and they offer scholarship and Vanderbilt has a Womens team and they also offer scholarship. They are the only two I know of that do offer scholarship for bowling.

Yea man your right, i did choke but i didnt choke today. Yea its really cool to know that you are more worried about me choking then how everyone is doing. Im glad you paid that much attention to my bowling. I wish you could have helped me adjust though man they were playing a little tough lol.

I dont understand why everyone wants to sit here and run there mouth. Its so funny how you guys sit at your computer and type the most retarded stuff about teams. We had just as much as a tough time as everyone else did. This was the greatest state tournament anyone has seen. How many team do u know that can over come a deficit like 6-2 and 7-1. That was good competitive bowling. Every team in the top 8 had a chance to win state. In my own opinion, there isnt a "best bowler in the state" because if you look at the scores, they speak for themselves. Dont try to knock a team just because you dont like them. Every team should have respect for their competitors. I have more respect for those teams that made state and those who should have been there because there are some GREAT bowlers and teams in the state of Tennessee. You guys can agree with me or disagree but I have respect for every team that competed and every bowler that bowled because everyone put the time and effort into practicing and bettering themselves to bowl at this kind of level and i respect EVERYONE for their performances this weekend. GOOD JOB EVERYONE AND KEEP UP THE GOOD BOWLING!

Dude Mitch we threw so ball so freaking good today. I shot 702 Chris White shot 722. We rocked it man. We beat soddy 25-2 and Lavergne got beat 21-6.

Yea i just got word that we have Soddy Daisy. This is gonna be quite fun.

Yea he had me that day with that Pocket 7-10 on the last pitch lol. Yea he beat the crap out of me that match but luckily enough my team held it together and shot lights out the last game and over took the match. That 2nd game was the only individual game that Smyrna lost all year. Its tough to beat a 298 and 279 in the same game. Mt. Juliet was tough last year and idk how they are this yeer but Mitch threw the ball like a champ last year at state and no one can take away what he shot bc thats one of the best TSSAA state bowling tournaments anyone has ever seen. With al the upsets, high games, and high sets, it was a state championship to remember. Peace out, Kyle Barnes

Well Smyrna won over Lavergne and now gets to host thank goodness. I heard the guy that shot 298 last year for MJHS had a Chuck Norris Roundhouse kick to the face before he bowled Smyrna

Their highest average is Kyle Barnes at 230 and then they have the rest of their starters are at 200+. They beat lavergne 23-4 in the district championship.

14 matches and we are 12-2 lavergne is 13-1 and blackman is 11-3 and they all have a potential to make it to region they only do records for state competition and we have the highest during state the records are on tssaa.org
