Congrats to Hampton's Adam Townsend in 1A & Happy Valley's Todd Caldwell in 2A for making the TSWA ALL STATE TEAM.......Upper East Tennessee does have some great football players.

Caldwell hurt his knee in their last football game and Davis has a torn hamstring. "The big guy" is Matt Dykes...he had food poisoning...#25 is Ricky Morgan...he didn't play last year but he came back out for his senior year. He will help Caldwell with the scoring alot...

The Caldwell kid's name is Todd not Troy...

Todd Caldwell from Happy Valley can shoot it...It was always fun to watch Weatherford and Caldwell match up last year...Michael Rader from Happy Valley can shoot too...

I do believe that Happy Valley's Senior class this year is the same ones that went undefeated as freshmen...and that was minus Michael Rader who is a really good player plus without Caldwell who missed all but 3 or 4 games with a broken arm...They are a little undersized but they do still have tons of talent...it will be a great game no matter what...

Let me quelch the rumors. Caldwell IS playing basketball. He did consider not playing back in the summer, but that didn't last long. Also yes, Morgan is coming back to play this year. How well their team will be this year? Only time will tell. There's alot of talent still there this year and if they will play TEAM ball and not get Senioritis like some last year they should do alright.

I have listened to this all year long and I am so sick of it...You said yourself that you played several years ago. Do you not have anything better to do then try to and think you are still in high school and try to bash kids on here and coaches from around our area? What I have to say to you is this...get a life and stop living in the past...if the truth is known you were the kid that always stood back and said "If the coaches would put me in, we would win" when in all reality my dogs have more athletic ability than you do. As far as the Caldwell boy goes, yea he has thrown INT's and quite a few of them, but he does what he is told to do and if you people had any idea of what he goes through tryin to help his team win every friday night i know you people would leave him alone. Yes Will Lowe and Ryan Garland are two very athletic young men and they can run the football very well. All I am askin is you leave Caldwell out of the reason they have lost the games. How many of the INT's he has thrown have been tipped up or should have been caught by his recievers? Every one is a critic when you read the paper and see INT but if you were actually at the game and saw the picks you would see that it's not all his fault. Get a life and stop thinkin your 18 again and watch the games and keep your mouth shut.

U know a lot of those picks wouldn't happen if the receivers wouldn't let the ball bounce of of them and just catch it. Also the team just runs the play's that are called. The running game is not there, lowe is strong and runs well but he can't carry it every time and garland is to small and seams to go down to easily
