  1. Hancock Co. and Cosby are in District 2. Hampton, Cloudland, Unaka, UH, North Greene are in District 1.
  2. Abe!!!!!!!Where are you ? You seem to be one of the disgruntled Highlanders. That has happened alot. If everyone is so mad that Lunceford left, why did you all run him off? And second, do you not remember, hampton is where he started his coaching career. All he did was come home. Third, you think Hampton is losing all their talent? That right there shows how ignorant you are to Hampton football. The JV played a whole lot of football in varsity this year, and by the way, we had a lot of underclassman that contributed to our success. This thread somehow needs to be saved until next football season, because obviously Abe thinks that Hampton will stink. Hahahhahaha or better yet.... /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  3. you would be suprised. Stoney Creek has been awful good to him, while Hampton has shunned him. His blood isn't as blue as you would think it is.
  4. your funny........................
  5. Ya know, I really don"t see that happening.Hampton is stout this year and our depth is unreal. If you would like to talk B-ball, come on over to the right thread. I am sure that S-Pitt don't want to talk basketball yet.
  6. Man it stinks going to this thread, after being on football for so long. The Dogs should be pretty darn good this year, with the experience the younger ones have got already, and the football boys coming in, we could get our run at M'Boro in roundball as well.
  7. Just as he had all night. i am still trying to figure out he didn't get Mr. Football, although I have never seen Dailey play.
  8. I understand that, but it was shocking to see him do that, he is totally not that way. I believe it was just being caught up in the moment. I still don't have a problem with what ya'll did.
  9. Thakns Vader, but there was around 2 minutes and they had to run a play. Unfortunately it was #24 up the middle, got him over 200 yards for the night. What was really shocking was Phil out on the field..............
  10. To be honest i was suprised South Pitt didn't go ahead and score. There was around 2 minutes left when they took over and I know they had to run a play. We just shouldn't have give up 2o yards on that carry. Anyway, I don;t have a problem with what they done, even if they would have scored. Our defensive coach was just trying to say "hey, game is over" don't try to embarass our seniors. we had the same thing happen to us against Grace. Too much time on the clock to down it and we had to run a play, just so happened that we almost scored. But then we took a knee.
  11. it's a slow moving tide, and it cant shift uphill. But it is okay to have a dream..............
  12. Been on for 3 years Todd, and as far as dispapearing, not a chance. Besides we will still own you for a while. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  13. I'll remind you too, there 69. All the predictions of 56-0 and win by 30, no one will say, gee, you know what, we missed that call. You along with most of the others...............I am not going there.
  14. then tell me why witherspoon was trying to cover #44 for hampton when they threw to the flats. Cover is such a strong word when all he really did was roll up in a ball to avoid the contact. You people are hilarious, watch the film. Is Witherspoon a LB? Didn't think so. He was confused, that was what he was. YOu may want to go back and check. You are grasping at straws. You looked like a fool for predicting a high score and now you are trying to deflect attention. Grow up.
  15. My God zone, get over the sour grapes. There are none with me or with anyone else that I have talked to. I asked a simple question and you get all defensive. Here it is for you real nice and easy.....YOU HAVE A GREAT TEAM, YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT RUNNING BACK.........THE PEOPLE DOWN THERE FOR THE MOST PART WERE EXTREMELY NICE..............THE BEST TEAM WON. Get over yourselves and acknowledge the respect. Geesh.
  16. is that Les Miles type rumors pujo? Cause I am hearing the same.
  17. Listen, you all are hoping someone from Hampton will get on here and whine, not going to happen. Mckenzie folks asked a question, and I give my opinion. 2 INTS, one was well underthrown in the endzone, you probably would have intercepted it, and the last was as clock was going down and we had to try to make something happen. Your "great defensive backs" couldn't handle the down the middle and the throw to the flats. So great backs, I don't think so. And by the way, there is no sour grapes, best team won, what else would you like me to say.
  18. luck and ifs.................keep beleiving that stuff. you are one of the ones that was predicting a huge blowout. we played a lot closer than you all wanted, but you dont have to admit it, everyone knows it.
  19. I didn't think that I was sounding bitter. You are just wishing I was. We played a good game, ya'll just played better. There is no bitterness, all i was saying is you all like to predict stupid scores.
  20. there were people of course from lookout valley, people from sequatchie that we talked to, then a lot of people from kimball???? isnt that a couple of miles up the road? Like I said, we were warned about Robert, great running back, but he should let his good play speak for itself, not run his mouth constantly at players and worse yet, fans. He was trying to tackle up high, literally trying to face mask. just my opinion though.
  21. Hampton had to hear predictions of 56-0, win by 30, and all kinds of crazy stuff. They do not have a good defense, and like I said earlier, if you can throw, you will do just fine.
  22. Don't know if Mckenzie can pull it off, but South Pitt is not invinceable. If Mckenzie can throw, and if they can clog the middle while containing the outside, it can be done. We concentrated so much on the outside, #24 had a field day up the gut. We ran with them as well, sweeps and short, in the flat passes worked well. Hampton had a good offense game plan, we just couldn't do nothing on the defensive side. Good luck to both teams. I am sure that it will be a good one.
  23. First off, congrats to a great South Pitt team. Hats off to #24, best running back I have watched. With that being said, defensivly, he played dirty. That was a warning we had from other teams, and it proved to be true. Now for some questions for the South Pitt folks: 1. Why does all the other schools in your area not like you???? Many comments and alot of people from around there that was on our side pulling for us. It was strange. 2. Has anyone ever got run into the concrete wall?? Its a nice field, but the wall seems awful close. 3. Who was the guy that greeted us at the gate? This guy was so nice, it was unreal. Hospitality was tremendous and the atmosphere was excellent. That is all I have for you guys now. Really good game and thanks to all the Hampton seniors on a hard fought game, nothing to hang your heads about. 37-5 the last 3 years is amazing, and it couldn't happen to a better bunch of guys.
  24. their town and people seem to be alot like us, kinda like the football teams.
  25. were they calling us "hicks"? check this out:www.youtube.com/watch?v=AiW2jsQbNM8&feature=related
