  1. Okay, I'll bite. When did you get robbed up herre last time? Did someone break into your car? I sure hope not. But if you think you got robbed at the game, how is 27-2 getting robbed? And we even scored the 2 for you. I really hoped its not the game you were talking, and if it wasnt let mekknow what you drive and we will be sure to park you in a safe place. As far as lsing star players to injury, we went through that last year. We know where you are coming from on that angle. Stopping your other players shouldn't be a problem, we did it the first time, second won;t be as hard. (now I can't wait for the comments). Remember, this is my opinion and no one else has an input on my opinion, but feel free to comment on it. The main thing is that we both come out injury-free. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  2. I am going to go ahead and concede that both teams have improved since Week 2. But what I cannot even beign thinking is that a team has developed as much as Hampton. I honestly cannot fathom that. Oneida does have a stout defense as I have said earlier, and I think they will slow Hampton down somewhat, but not near enough. They held Midway to 20 or 21 points (21 points, i just checked) that should be enough said. But I think if they hold us to low 20's, they won't get into the double digits. I'll stick by my second prediction and my last, Hampton 28-7.
  3. Uh..........not hardly. Oneida has had a very stout defense for quite some time. Just this season they are only allowing 11 points per game. Guess who else only allows 11. Hampton. The difference is going to be turnovers. I think Hampton can win the turnover side of it and come out with what we need. A good solid win that the starters will probably have to play longer than normal. Nothing outrageous here, I am going with Hampton, 28-7.
  4. Thank God, this guy talks out of more sids of his mouth than I knew one person had. this is typical of him, give him time, he will be back here bashing, or leading a bunch against Hampton on the visitor's side. It will be nice to get on here and talk some football without his crap.
  5. Hate to bring this up again, but Lunceford deserves POY with an outing of 4-4 for 186 yards and 4 TD's. Sorry, but its the truth. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  6. you are such a lowlife. enjoy basketball. /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />
  7. Who said anything about location and fumbles? I think that you misread or just didn't understand. WE PLAYED BAD, ONEIDA HELPED US PLAY BAD. WE ARE A DIFFERENT TEAM THAN WHEN WE PLAYED THERE THE FIRST TIME. As far as officiating, in case you didn't know, they usually move the officials around for playoffs to keep them from being close to home. In short, what I meant, this is not the same Hampton team. You will be surprised...........ask Coalfield.
  8. Just because Cloudland went to the gym after the game last night to start basketball practice, don't get on here an start bad mouthing Hampton. WE did play bad at Oneda and yeah they may have helped the cause, but i will guarantee you this, it will not be that close here at Hampton. Come watch if you don't have a basketball game to go see.
  9. Can anyone tell me who the player was from Coalfiled that went out in an ambulance at halftime? WE as Hampton fans have raised so much cane about the way Friendship tried to start their halftime show with Micheal laid out on the sidelines, I hope no one from down there feels the same. Some of us had noticed they were working on someone towards the end of the half, then when the band out there, the squad came to pick him up. Anybody know who it was and what happened? By the way, hats off to Coalfield in the type of game they played when it got out of hand. Usually, and we have seen it this year, the team getting beat likes to start playing dirty. Coalfield was classy, good luck next year and I hope the kid that got hurt is fine.
  10. I hate to hear that about your quarterback. Injury at this time of the year is very disappointing. Is he a senior? We'll keep him in our prayers. With that being said though, I really do not think that Oneida would have managed to stay with Hampton this time around. Everything is clicking so well that it is crazy. Probably would have the score closer if your starting QB was there, maybe like 35-7, now its looking worse for the tribe. Sorry guys, but please know that the game against you all at the first of the year, I beleive kick started us and we always look back at that as our game we don't want to play like again. It has been a BIG buildiing block. Look forward to seeing you guys up here and hearing the cannon, hopefully alot.
  11. I am not pujo, thank goodnes, I wouldn't look as good in a Kansas City jacket or with the hairdo /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> , but T$$AA changed things up a bit to give everyone a fair shot of homefiled duringthe playoffs. used to, REgion 3 I think always got screwed. Anyway, it had to happen, just wish it wouldn't have bee this year, but road trips are always fun. Heck , if you are playing in the 4th round, who cares. I don't . Homefield would be very, very nice, but I understand. it is one of the very few things that I understand when it comes to T$$AA.
  12. Why is no one talking about the game?16 hours go by and no one wants to talk? Where are all the Coalfeld fans? Sure is quite.
  13. Hampton by 27 Cloudland by 3 Oneida by 10 Midaway by 21
  14. He did buckle, and buckle very bad.
  15. This whole thread has went to Hades, but I have to tell you that I think, in my opinion, if I hear one more Cloudland fan say you only lost 1 game in Tennessee, I;ll be sick. Look, you lost 3. period. And you lost 1 very, very bad. The reason you say it is because you gave up 72 points in one game. I believe. How should a coach get recognition with that on his resume. Cloudland did better than most expected, but then again, they won some games, they should have lost. They didn't have what I consider a season to recognize a coach as Coach of the Year, and this is just my opinion, you don't have to like it.
  16. not the best corner in the league.......sorry
  17. You think maybe UT would pay us???????? I am sure we are a little better than Louisiana Layfayette. We coudl use the money, our scoreboard is broke.
  18. according to thier roster with coacht, they only have 4 players. That should be easy, then agin, how did they win 5 games. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  19. Pujo, you would have to agree that alot of the bigger scholls won't play down for fear of getting beat or fear of being accused of playing cupcake schedules. The only solution is to go and find the good teams in your division, but then that means traveling, alot and far away. I don;t know that there is a solution, we play who we can and who will play us. I had heard we tried to get Elizabethotn and they wouldn't. Do you know that to be true? If so, is that playing up, or laying another cupcake?
  20. I do agree some play very easy teams, but by looking at it, not that easy. Hamptons 5 non conference games were against 2 4A schools, 2 2A schools and Oneida. Not that easy by no means. we could have very easily had 2 losses in that bunch. Cloudland took on 2 big schools from NC, got beat in both of them and then played greene co, chuckey doak, north greene and west greene. they have a combined record of 5-25. Cosby played 3 3A schools, kings academy and chuckey doak, unaka played 2 2A schools, 1 3A adn 1 4A and then some team from WV. Jellico probably played the easiest of non-conference, but were 6-4 overall, and GRace almost matched them, besides playing Coalfield very, very close. In short, cupcakes, I don't think so. We all pretty much played up for the most part. It is just hard to play good teams without playing way, way up. And then when you do that, what is it for, nothing. A chance to get someone really hurt. Tennesse Vols get cupcakish sometimes as well. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> I am sure that is a I looked at the other regions non conference games, there are some cupcakes mixed in as well.
  21. Being from Region 1, I have heard how bad region 1 is. Here is how it broke down this year, regional winning percentage. Now this is percentage, so it doesn't matter how many teams are in the region. This is based on overall record: Region 1-----62% winning record (37-23) Region 2-----46% winning record (32-38) Region 3-----53% winning record (42-38) Region 4-----54% winning record(43-37) Pretty interesting. Tell me what you think, besdies the fact that I have too much time on my hands.
  22. South Pitt definelty has the tougher road to later rounds. It is going to be very interesting. Really wouldn't mind another shot at Trousdale.
  23. Has to go to someone from Hampton seeing how they are undefeatd and demolished everyone in their region. Lunsford is probably the best choice, he has quitely put up impressive stats. Jellico quarterback having 26 of 36 TD's, I don't know if I brag about that. As pujo said, he's definelty the MVP of Jellico. If Lunsford went out of a game, could Hampton still function. I think so. Too many weapons, but wen he is in there he adds another level of playing, that's what an MVP does. Although I could make cases for others on Hamptons team, but I think that Lunsofrd is the obvious choice. IMO.
  24. Giving up 34 to Grace just doesn't seem like they have a defense. You have to have a pretty good defense to slow Hampton down. Too early to predict a score, but i think that Hampton's offense will have a huge night, just up to JC on how big a night it will be.
