I agree with you authority for the most part. But, its going to take more than getting the ball to Buchanan inside to win THIS game. Weatherford and Hess need to be on and McCoy needs to help Gabe in the post. If Dinkel can fight through the press and traps that Science Hill is so good at in the backcourt and get the offense set up Central has a good chance. If all 5 of Central's starters play like they have been Central will win this game. Good Luck Cougars!!!!

The way Central has been playing anything can happen. Should be fun to watch the 2 best players in the conf. Wattad and Buchanan go at it. Good Luck to both teams.

Yea, the game will be physical but Central should win if they play their game. Going inside to Buchanan and McCoy seems like a good plan but Mann is tough down low. Hess does collapse the defense on him but unfortunately he very rarely passes the ball back out to an open man. This usually results in a missed shot or a block. You got to be kidding about Gabe keeping his cool. He is a time bomb waiting to go off at any minute. Hopefully, Weatherford is on tonight and most of all Central needs to play some defense. I went to the DB/South game and had to park down at the baseball field and It was still 45 minutes til game time. With several schools there at one time - parking will be ridiculous and people will be turned away at the door. South is just TOO SMALL!

Big Ballin you sound like Buchanan is the only reason Central is where they are this time of the season. You must be related. Dont seem fair to down the rest of the team especially the other 4 starters. Gabe definitely is the most athletic and pretty much can do it all. Weatherford has had some big games and it looks like he's back in the groove. Hess plays hard and finds ways to score either from the post or beyond the arc. Dinkel sees the floor well and gets the ball to the shooters - he leads the conference in assists. McCoy hustles and comes up with some big defensive plays. Theres been some help from the bench in several games. I've watched Central play several games this year it looks to me like each player has a role to play. Good Luck the rest of the way Cougars.

I agree.... One of the best games I've seen all year. South is tough with their big guys and probably wont lose another conference game. Central also is sitting very good right now and barring no upsets could easily win out and finish 2 or 3 in the conference. Tournament time in the BIG 9 is going to be crazy!!!!!

First time I've seen Central play this year and was impressed. Buchanan can play. Weatherford and Hess did a great job scoring. Dinkel at the point ran the offense and got the ball to the shooters well. Central's players off the bench had a great night as well. Looks like the Big 9 is the most evenly matched in years. Giddy up!!!!!!!!!!
