excuse me steve but you werent even at the game, the BEARS did dominate, their defense held the knights to only 89 yards of offense, and the only reason they scored their single touchdown (bishop) is due to miss communication on Davidson's behalf, but like you said it happens. Believe me there were no breakdowns on Byrne's special teams, Davidson is just that dominate on special teams, and have been all year, so yea your right thats no excuse. If you think getting blocked on special teams is considered critical errors then you have no clue what football is all about. Davidson dominated and rightly took home their first gold ball, Congrats DA!! I've been with you the whole time!

It'll be tough to say, i beleive the team that comes the best coached and plays with the most drive to win, obviously will come out on top, but its hard to say what team that will be. Bishop has won 3 of the last 4 state titles and was runer up the other year so they've been there they know what it takes to win, but Davidson seems to have the guidance of a great coach and seem to be playing really well. Davidson will win, if they can keep their ground game rolling and balance it off with a well designed passing attack. Davidson 21 Bishop 7

just because byrnes has made it to the finals the last four years doesnt mean that they are goin to win. davidson academy is big, tough, and physical, and i dont think byrnes can compete with davidson if they come prepared to play.

you make a valid point all ive seen is Davidson playing hard nose football and all i can say is they deserve this more than anyone
