Very informative, but as Paul Harvey would say, "The Rest of the Story" over 130 Million endowment and over 52 million in revenue in 2020. That's how you pay your bills. https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/organizations/620475837 Tuition averages about 60% of revenue a year. The only thing I am not sure of is if the 188 million in assets includes the endowment. I would assume it does but not sure. If you compare it to Boyd Buchanan, over 90% of revenue comes from Tuition.
  2. http://www.ahsfhs.org/tennessee/Teams/opponentseach2015.asp?Opponent1=McMinn County&Team=Bradley Central This is the link to all the games between McMinn County and Bradley Central. First Game was in 1916. They have played every year since 1927. There are 3 years in which the teams played each other twice in one season. Including this years victory the Bears have won 55 times with McMinn winning 41. They have tied 3 times.
  3. Let’s just nip this in the bud! I am Coach Freeman so I am not gonna hide behind a screen name. First it is perfectly fine to bash us coaches on this board! That is part of it and as someone who has been bashed on here many times we know that’s part of it! Yes it would be nice to know who is behind the screen name but we understand it doesn’t take much courage to do it behind a screen name so it’s easy to ignore it! But this is the second time you have called out one of our players and I can’t in Good conscious let this one go! The young man you have mentioned is a quality young man who plays hard between the whistle. I can assure you that any player on our team who is found to take cheap shots will be dealt with accordingly! Coach Floyd has had many conversations with our players concerning anything related to this issue! We have pay day on Monday and players are disciplined for any personal fouls or penalties that may be called on them in a game deserved or undeserved. If your gonna call out a player, the least you can do is put your name behind it. If not please keep your negative comments of players to yourself.

If not, in one region everyone automatically makes playoffs. It will intersesting to see what happens! just my opinion who really knows how many teams will be in each class at this point. Pure speculation! Not real sure how Memphis will be seperated, just know one will have five teams and the other will have four. Indian is much smarter than me, so maybe he can lead us in the right direction!
  5. 6-A Morristown West, Farragut, Hardin Valley, Bearden, Jefferson County, D-B Science Hill 7 6-A Cleveland, McMinn County, Heritage, Ooltewah, Maryville, Bradley William Blount 14 6-A Coffee County, Cookville, Warren County, Oakland, Siegal 19 6-A Riverdale, LaVergne, Smyrna, Stewerts Creek, Blackmon 24 6-A Cane Ridge, Antioch, McGavock, Nashville Overton, Rossview 5 6-A Independence, Centenial, Ravenwood, Brentwood, Franklin 10 6-A Hendersonville, Station Camp, Wison Central, Lebonon, Mt Juliet 15 6-A Bartlette, Houston, Germantown, Cordova, Arlington, Memphis Central, Whitehaven, White Station, Collierville 24 This is what I have come up with, if you divide the memphis teams into two regions, things could change in the west, but i think the east will stay the same with some adjustments to the middle.
  6. Looks good except, Southwind and Walker Valley are out, Ooltewah and Independence are in.
  7. yea if they go with a 5 and 4 team region then one region will have every team in playoffs, maybe another school in Memphis will choose to play up in 6a to even it out!
  8. Indian, looks like 9 6A teams in Memphis! What do you think they will do! 5 and 4 or just one 9 team region?
  9. The Bolton numbers will be important, don't see sevier county coming in over 1500! I think Cleveland will be 48 unless Bolton comes in over them!
  10. If this helps, Morristown west and Ooltewah, will come in over 1500, walker valley around 1410!
  11. The old joke is "You know what Tennesseans call Memphis?".......The Capital of Mississippi.....Just saying........
  12. Thanks for the info i will take your advise, is stewarts creek closer to those than cane ridge?
  13. I agree, probably need to switch sevier co and Campbell county
  14. Here is my shot at it… Super 32 Region Collierville Arlington Bartlett Whitehaven Germantown Cordova Houston White Station Region McGavock Ravenwood Antioch Wilson Central Franklin Lebanon John Overton Mt Juliet Region Lavergne Riverdale Coffee County Siegel Smyrna Warren County Blackmon Oakland Region William Blount Hardin Valley Bearden Dobyns-Bennett Science Hill Jefferson County Bradley County Cookeville If Maryville Moves up my guess is Lavergne or Coffee would choose to move down this would move Cookeville over and Maryville would replace Cookeville in the east. 5A Region Overton Southwind Bolton Memphis Central Brighton Munford Woodale (Ridgeway if they choose to move up) Region Brentwood Centennial Independence Summitt Columbia Hillsboro Cane Ridge Shelbyville (not sure about this team) Region Rossview Clarksville Henry County West Creek Northeast Dickson (Not sure if Kenwood or Northwest would choose up but they would go here if they chose) Region Beech Gallatin Hendersonville Hunters Lane Station Camp Stewarts Creek (Pretty sure they would not move up to super 32) Glencliff Region Lincoln County (not sure here) Franklin County Soddy Daisy White County Ooltewah Rhea County Region Lenoir City Walker Valley McMinn County Cleveland Farragut Maryville (if they choose to stay) Heritage Region Karns Knox Halls South Doyle Powell West Oak Ridge Campbell County Region Tennessee High Cocke County Morristown East Morristown West Daniel Boone Davy Crockett Sevier County This would make even regions with some travel, but TSSAA may not see it the same way. The biggest problem is Chattanooga teams having to cross time zones. Things could change if teams move up,but I don't think many will. Just my take on it may not be close.
  15. Its simple, open up the check book and go after Quarles, Rankin, Wade, or maybe even Crawford just to name a few
