hillwood 152 justin scott lost to morgan abrigo by 2 at the mcgavock tournament and from what i heard he was beating abrigo by 2 with about 15 seconds left in the match and abrigo caught him in a desperation move...not sayin he should be ranked im just sayin that people should keep an eye on him.

are u sure that booker and abrigo got best match?? bc it says on the b@@@@ets that he got beat 14-8.

the 145 from hillwood, i think his name is justin or jason scott or something like that, is a junior and puts up 285 or 290 on bench. ive seen him wrestle and he is pretty good i think he had like 2 or 3 losses going into region. I talked to their heavyweight at the state and asked where he was and he said that he caught mono a week and a half before regions and didnt make state. Thats to bad for him b/c i believe he was a state qualifier last year, you'll have to check me on that though.

The top seed at 215 will probly be Chris Hale from Harpeth. His twin brother Cory will probly be the 3 seed at 189.

Any predictions for region 6?

Many people are talking about hillwood's wrestling program. Hillwood has seemed to have turned their wrestling program around. They won the only tournament that they've been to this year and support a record of 7-1, with their only loss coming to FRA. Last year, I'm pretty sure they had a losing record. What is to be expected from hillwood this year? What good wrestlers do they have other than their heavy weight that is ranked in state?

I know the heavy weight is pretty good, but do they have any one else on the team that is good?

I think you made and error at the 145 weight class. Justin Scott from Hillwood was a state qualifier last year at the 145 weight class, but didnt get to wrestle in the state tournament, due to injury. I was talkin to him earlier this season and he beat Richy Ward from Ravenwood and Geasely from Page. He is 13-1 this season and his only loss is to former state placer Jesse Murphy, who was at 145 earlier this season, and he lossed by dec. 6-3. You made another mistake with another Hillwood wrestler at the 152 weight class, Andrew Hedges. Hedges beat Kitrell last year before Kitrell dropped to 145 and then was beat by Justin Scott. Hedges has 3 losses this year. One is to Mason Caples and another to Stuart Cope, two former state Placers. He lost to Caples by only 1 point, 4-3. Good luck to both wrestlers.

Hillwood won the Friendship Christian tournament that was held December 10. I heard they got some pretty good middle weights. Are there any guys that are any good from there?
