Being friends with the players was not Eady's only problem. His biggest problem was trying to make basketball players out of talentless girls. I have watched Culleoka play for several years now and I can honestly say I only saw 2 players with talent. It wouldn't matter if Pat Head Summit coached those girls they still wouldn't win over 2 games a season. The parents in Culleoka need to wake up and smell the coffee because those girls couldn't beat Whithorne's Jr. High team. The only reason they beat Mt. Pleasant is because their best player was out hurt. And if the girls had all this talent that the parents think they have it wouldn't matter who was coaching them. If they are that talented they can get out there and win no matter what. I haven't seen this talent that they see. Also you can't compare how they played in Jr. high to High School because they never played anybody outside of Maury Co. in jr. high. You have to improve every year and obviously those girls are not improving. I wish whoever takes that coaching job good luck because they are going to need it.
