I think we all could have all made a case for people on any team, from our team Taylor (UHS) should have been considered also. Kayci is no doubt well deserving of the award she totally changes everyones offensive game plan. The post above is one the "DUMBIEST" post that i've ever read. That like saying Reggie Bush shouldn't have won the Heisman because he's faster than everbody or its not fair Peyton Manning gets MVP because he understands the game and works harder than everyone else. Thats what separates Big Time players from just good players, some type of entangable (GOD GIFTED). Go Kayci thats just jealously talking, thats why all the top AAU programs and all the BIG D I's are alreay drooling. Good luck to all the girls in 7AA especiallly my LADY BEE's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too Good, Too Deep, District & Region both at home, Choke or not way to much talent not to end up in the State Tourney this time. I'd just like to see our players loving each other and getting along better right now. The thing hate more than anything is the stupid Distict meeting Monday, just afraid of how the awards go, our "chemstry" could get even worse!!! Write it down we're way too good, CHOKE or not at the top not to finish at least 2 nd and win a sub-state game to be in the state tourney. No Queenie he voted against it, he was at the same table I was he said it should be rotated or held at a neutral site. He said it was an unfair advantaged for us (UHS), I see his point, but I'm sure glad its here. Jimbo, You are totally wrong, where did you get your information? First of all that mess we made tonight at UHS(US) and LA will have to flip for 1 & 2, Smith County is the 3 seed and will play the winner of 6/7. York is 4 and will play Macon 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go Lady Bee's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LA I hope you think you can run with us, you can you'll get run right out the door. Only shot you've got is to controll tempo, hope we don't shoot well and we have about (5) players in foul trouble, it may take all three factors for you to win. Don't be crying about the District and Region being on our floor all district coachs voted for it except for Smith County girls coach, so just come on down and get you some for a about two weeks(district & region). 1 & 2 seeds are both automatically in the Region.

If we play like we did tonight it won't be C L O S E. Macon has the talent to finish in the top two of the district but will finish 5 th, but just a great basketball district with great coachs and players. LA has a good team but if we keep playing like we are now clean out a place for that AA Gold Ball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO LADY BEE's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really dont blame the players for how they act, a coach cant always controll every move or action of his players but he can take action or acountabilty if its over and over again. In the case of Pickett County they have had "NO DISCIPLINE OR CLASS" since the current coach has been there. If the language is as bad as everyone says, then shame on Pickett County and their adminstration for letting it go on....... GO LADY BEE's!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Jackson County, GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way to do your talking on the floor. Way to show much more class than your opponent, which is usually easy to do when you play pickett. Also coach great job, kept your cool and WAY out coached your opponent AGAIN at pickett!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all GREAT POST Md Tenn and next , I hate to but I totally agree with the above post. I hear there several transfers thinking about moving to Smith County, which I don't want to happen because of my precious LADY BEE's, but who can blame them, can you imagine the exposure they will be getting in the years to come. We should also always remember when we spread rumor's are talking about someone child. I think Child is the key word, Ferris may big in size but she is still only a little girl age and mentality(14 or 15). I heard one AAU coach say, "this is year is the first time I've ever witnessed the child smile." From what I hear she is a great kid, with a great head on her shoulders. I can't (dread it twice a year) wait to watch and see her develop the next three years, oh and by the way some of the Smith Countian's BETTER post and let me know the first time "PAT"(SUMMITT) is in the gym. GO LADY BEE's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow MD TN, I knew she played great against us both times, especially here at home friday night but those stats in this area is almost unheard of!!! The thing that impress's me most with her, all of her better games seem to have come against some of best teams in Ky and Tn. One thing i'll give Smith County and LA alot of credit for, they're like us they go looking for good competition and don't hide and pad their schedules. Smith County an LA would have better records if they had have played weaker competition, but i think it is really starting to pay off for all these teams now. Ferris has improved so much its unreal. But i will have to put up a little fight for some girls we have named Davis and Taylor for the MVP race and I hope they don't get looked over just because we are so deep and have so much talent. Jackson County, don't get in a battle of talking about class with Pickett. Your way above that, all you have to do is be an opposing team, player or just there watching the game to see all the class they have (NOT)!!!!!!!! Most of my friends up there say most people don't even come anymore to see the game, they say it's worth the price of admission to just see all the side shows. GO LADY BEE's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ve heard rumors or whispers of SEVERAL players in the upper cumberland talking of moving to Smith County. I don't blame to get an opportunity to play with Ferris. But don't forget we have a big girl right up the road in Dyer if your looking to move. GO LADY BEE's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still say Pickett at home by around 6, if there is no side shows and the boys can be left alone to have the minds on the game. Temple is the better TEAM, no doubt. Pickett at Pickett with a total different style of officials in this association. I'll say Pickett by 6 at home. Go lady Bee's!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pickett has MUCH more talent, but Jackson has possibly a better T E A M. They play together with much better chemistry and no off the floor distractions and their coach always seems to be in controll of himself and the game. Tough pick, I'll take Pickett this round and Jackson in about a month when it really matters. GO LADY BEE's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
