What about Henry County? Are they getting any better? They seemed to play everybody fairly tough last season. I was at the Franklin/Henry Co. game. They were tied 14-14 until a 5 minute swing of Henry Co. turnovers and a kickoff return for a TD killed them. Just wondering we seem to not hear about them too much.

I love this region and the fans of it. What are some of the rumors going on in this region. Are all the coaches staying put? Who will be the team to beat? Just like to get some stuff going on this region. Hopefully not only Williamson County people will respond. Nothing against you guys, I just want to know about all the teams in the region. Brentwood, Ravenwood, Franklin, Centennial, Clarksville, Kenwood, Henry Co., Dickson Co.

I was there and It was not 5-0! Huntingdon did look pretty good and they should have a good season, but they went 10 plays each and then swapped turns. It looked like to me both teams were just practicing plays and players and not worried about down and distance. Heck I didn't even see any chains. 10 play scrimmages are alway deceiving cause sometimes a team gets stopped 4 plays and then busts a long one. I believe in a game they would have punted. good luck to both teams this season!!

This region is always tough on each other. I think Clarksville and Dickson should give Franklin a run for the title. I also would like to know about Henry County. You don't here much from that side of the region. They were picked by Murphy Fair last year to be 2nd. I wonder what happened and maybe they have folks coming back. don't know?

I've read alot of stuff on here saying Franklin will be the team to beat in region 6 5A. Why do so many believe this? They had several seniors last season who started and played for two years. Don't you think this will hurt them? I think Clarksville has the most skill kids returning so they could make a run at the title. What do you think?

I just read on the T.S.S.A.A. web page that Obion County was taking applications for a Head Football Coach. What happened to the guy that was there? They had a pretty good season this year. Did he take another job?

No games tonight. Was it because there was no school? The roads seemed to be ok. How will the schedule go now? Will they play on wed. or push back to thurs.

I agree only 1st and 2nd should go to the playoffs. You can have bowl games for 3rd place finishers. Basketball is ridiculous!!!!!! The regular season means nothing. At least in Football you do have to qualify during the regular season. Everyone goes to the district tournament in basketball.

I think basketball should seat their district winners through the regular season and not have a district tournament. Teams should go straight to the region after the season so the regular season actually means something. What is some of you guys thoughts on this?

Were you at the Henry County / Northwest game? I heard Northwest played well. Also, was the officials bad? I heard the Henry County coach got a technical. What was it for? And I must say Henry will win the tournament.

What teams are in Spring Practice now. God I miss football and I can't wait for 2003 season

Henry County is not playing well right now. However, they have a week off before the tournament. Look for them to get hot and make another run in the region also.

look for henry county to win 10AAA. I think they will win in easily. however look for rosview and dickson to make a threat at them
