Who won the Perry Co vs Moore Co game last night?

OK...I've listened to it as long as I can stand it. Forrest had a remarkable run through the state tourney...they played great ballgames and are a temendously talented team. They deserved what they got (the gold ball) and I think they will have an excellent run next yar.!!! All this being said, Forrest is lucky to have a weak district and an even weaker region. They usually run into problem with their sub-state match up, that didn't happen this year. I'm not second guessing any team, but IF Perry Co or Wayne Co either one had been runner up in the region we would all probably be singing a different tune. Personally, I'm glad Forrest won, I'm always for Middle Tn Teams. All that I'm wanting to say is that this is probably a one year thing. But, if the same thing works out next year, and it's Forrest vs any other team from any other region besides 6a...then I'm saying GO LADY ROCKETS!!!

I haven't seen any of Lobelville or Linden's girls coming up....Who's does Perry Co have coming up?

This is going to be an awesome game...Of course I'll be cheering for PC, but it will be very very hard to pull off. Perry Co will have to bring them out of the zone I think they will start off with. Look for Edney to finally come out of her shell with a H U G E game.

I don't think Perry Co played bad, I think Moore Co played pretty good defense. The referees started noticing in the second half that they were holding Edney on EVERY play. That is what is so dangerous about this PC team, they have a ton of weapons. I don't think that teams can come out and play a zone and beat them anymore. The next game boils down to...."Summertown has beaten Perry Co 3 times, they know they can do it.....Perry Co HAS GOT TO BELIEVE THEY CAN BEAT THEM....They have to win the game before the game"

First off....WOW!!!! I just got out of the Perry Co-Moore Co game...I can honestly say that was one of the most impressive games I've ever seen. Both teams played with tremedous heart and energy, for one of the first times I feel like I got my money's worth. Treadwell, Weatherly and Rhodes all played great games. Even though her scoring wasen't up Edney played well. Moore Co played great and shot the ball well. This is all I've got to say....If Perry Co plays as well as they did tonight against Summertown, watch out. I think tomorrow's game will be great. I'm not going to make a prediction, I will say it's very hard to beat a team four times, especially when they are as even matched as these two.

Where is the region 6a tourney being held? Looks like a great first round match up btwn Perry Co and Moore Co.

I really think Perry Co. should be back in the top 10; however, this game on Tue against S'town will go a long way as to proving whether or not they're for real.

I was just wondering what everyone thought? IF Perry Co beats Summertown in the semi's they are more than likely going to have to do it again in the region, I believe they can pull it off; however, I think this will be a very very hard task. Does anyone else think that Summertown can be knocked off twice?

This is going to be an awesome tournament to watch. I agree that I don't think there are upsets in the first round, the second round is a different story. I think you can throw the seeds out the window, any one of these teams could be champion. At this point I would give upper-hand to Wayne Co. but only because of their home-court advantage.

I think Wayne Co is a good team, just not as good as Summertown

I don't think Edney alone could do it either; however, with her in the ballgame, playing well, it really opens up the inside for Weatherly. Like it or not they are a different team with her, they force teams to defend them differently.

Wayne Co did beat Perry Co last time...both of these teams have a HUGE home court advantage and Edney wasen't at 100%. Either one of these teams could beat each other on any given night, all this being said Perry Co. is the most talented. Edney is playing better thus the whole team is playing better. My only bold prediction of the year....Perry Co will turn heads in the tourneys

Replace Wayne Co with either Collinwood or Perry Co and Summertown won't make it past Gleason.....Then of course give the gold ball to either Gleason/Perry Co/Collinwood and I think you've got it!!!!

Summertown wins by 8....I'll say it again, they play harder than anybody else in the league. I think the key to this game will be that Summertown will keep Wayne Co off the boards.
