Ooltewah 5, Redbank 0 Great played game on both sides & Morgan Shelton with a hat trick.

Actually, I go to CSAS and "Why was there no previous depth mention of this game?" is probably just to far over your head. Let me add it into easier to understand english for you... Why was there no talk of this game before now? (better for you?) Either way, Ooltewah played a great game as well as Baylor, and as for the ND game - As I said in another post, ND definitely had better sub times [in and out] but the drive/motivation was seen more on the lady owls side. Two of the ND goals were decent (or rather crap) but none the less all goals counted and were scored. But I think that Ooltewah is a better team than ND no question. Rankings be what they may, I know the Owls have it in them to destroy ND.

Why was there no previous depth mention of this game? This was one AMAZING game to have witnessed. Despite the fact that Colleen K. was out from an injury [broken finger] the team still stepped up as a whole. And the fact that the incoming keeper focused in and played great really added a lot. Baylor had some great playing and some great players, but their attempts seemed petty compared to that of the lady owls. Most all shots from Baylor were 30 yds. out where as the shots from the lady owls were very close and very accurate. One attempt at a free kick by H. Steager (39) was booming and nearly took down the cross bar! The game was close and made everyone on the edges of their seats, but clearly Ooltewah had the better team playing. They had more drive and motivation. They all played a great game though! not to mention the fact that everyone thought Baylor would totally destroy the ool. girls [especially without the starting gk]

I think that ND played a great game, but ooltewah had more of a drive, and was more all around as opposed to ND who had primary players. Ooltewah has really great players, but they seem to work better as a team. And yea I agree that ND subed better than Ooltewah - which resulted in the lady owls being more tired in the end. but not once did they give up. Congrats to the ND girls for the W for sure though.

CCS might be prepared, but i don't think they will even have a handle on CSAS
