If any of our fans voted alcoa #1 in east tennessee you should ban them from voting in your poll because yes that would be a "joke". I love our supporters very much but it is not credible to mention us with some of the teams in your poll.

That poll is a joke for having alcoa in the top ten, and I am alcoa's coach. I think the poll on here is much more accurate, BigG you were right about logan, he's a stud. Fun to watch.

Hats off to Webb, they are a really talented team and looked very good, especially logan, we had no real answer for him. Good Luck the rest of the year.

Add carter to seymour and alcoa, they tied seymour and played alcoa very tough, they have a really talented freshman target player who could surprise some people, overall, CAK and Catholic along with kingston and Oneida are still the strongest teams in the region, but all games start out 0-0 so we'll have to see. Alcoa v. Webb on monday. We'll see what the tornadoes can do then.

Not that we have proved anything yet, but Alcoa has already won it's district for the first time. We have Webb on Monday so we'll see how we stack up against a quality opponent.

I'm new to CoachT, but I have seen a huge difference in the level of play since I was a player in the mid 90's at Oak Ridge and Coach at Alcoa now, so I have seen both sides. A/AA has become much stronger and I want to pose the question, who is stronger now? I see ties and close matches in games that a decade ago would have been unthinkable. I'd also like to hear opinions on the strongest area for soccer in TN. I still think East Tn is the toughest, but there are great teams all over the state. Thanks for your time.

Where are you from in TN? I do SAQ training and different sports related training in the Knoxville area. And beware running down hills unless you like shin injuries or patela tendinitis. The other information was good, but you need to have a plan of action, you can't walk in the gym and just do a few exercises and expect to maximize your results just like you don't just go out on the field and do what you feel like that day to become a better soccer player.

I knew Oak Ridge was trying to replace alot, so the early upset isn't impossible. Big G is right, though, don't be surprised to see OR rebound by seasons end to contend in the region.
