Record 10 years before Russell and staff arrived: 25-75 Or 2.5 wins per season. Record since Russell and staff have been here: 7-7. Get rid of him?????? Sounds like someone has a personal problem to me.

Head Coach, Brint Russell - Early 30's Assistant Head Coach, Offensive Line, Brandon Waters - Mid 20's Offensive Coordinator, Quarterbacks, Adam Hendricks - Mid 20's Defensive Coordinator, Linebackers, Jason Hicks - Early 30's Special Teams Coordinator, Defensive Ends, Jed West - Mid 20's Wide Recievers, Ethan Edmiston - Late 20's Defensive Backs, Tyler Gaskin - Early 20's Defensive Line, Austin "Bear" Plemmons - Early 20's Running Backs, Dylan Morgan - Early 20's Volunteer, Matthew Davis - College Student Volunteer, John Malone - Early 20's A young staff full of energy, and enough experience, that the players relate well to them. Helps with doing things upbeat, promptly and positive. I guess it's all about the product that is put on the field and results. Progress is being made and the future of our program looks great!

I coached with Matthan Houser at Jackson County and he would be an excellent choice to lead White County. The players always liked him and played extremely hard for him. Matthan is very organized and exudes enthusiasm that rubs off on those around him. If White County is really, really lucky they might even get his dad to come with him. Good luck to White County. I hope you make a good choice.

eastTNfan, Thanks for the information. I understand that the JV team has had back-to-back winning seasons, is this correct? What insight do you have into the job that may be important for someone who is interested in becoming the next coach?

Scoot, What middle schools feed into HHS and what were their records this year? What offense/defense did the last coach run. Do you know what non-region opponents were picked up for next years schedule? I appreciate all of your help.
