Congrats to you young man. You were the right and only choice. I could say we hate to see ya go but with one less pain in the butt we have to worry about next year that is hard to do. Lilgoose are still playing BB for Bryan College? Coach Lawhon told me Bryan was going to play another exhibition game at Ft Loudon again this year.

I comment because that is the game I see and that is who I am covering. I also cover other schools in Loudon County. I'm just saying that every time I cover a game at Grace or any private school I see this baloney happen. I have also seen it many times at Catholic and CAK. Football, basketball or baseball, doesn't matter. I saw a Catholic basketball player sling a ball at the Loudon student section after a foul call a couple of years ago and nothing was called. I will also give credit to the Catholic coach though, He pulled the kid out of the game and never let him return. I do not have anything against the parents or the kids at Grace. Everyone there has always been super nice to me. Just my opinion, but I think the officials think that the private schools have more power than the public schools and so they have to lean their way or they get in trouble. Also since you checked my content you see that I very rarely post anything on here. Almost 40 post in 11 years.

No, I did not have to use spell check. I have no dog in this fight. I was there covering the game because I am part of the media. I got paid to be there no matter who won the game. I have been there may times over the last 18 yeasr for games and it the same BS no matter who they play.

Sorry to disagree with you but, no the better team would not have won. It would have been a big upset. Greenback has been the best team in the county by far in the last three years. I have been very close to Loudon County Football since 2005. This is the first time I have seen in the 17 years that 4 weeks into the season the only losses for the Loudon County schools have only come from the other county schools. Loudon only loss was to GB. LC's was to Loudon. Greenback has not lost. if LC had played GB they would have 2 losses.

If you are going to Wampler field to watch the game don't bother on getting there early. There will be plenty of seats available. Also, about 7:31 when things start getting boring you can drive a few blocks down the road to the high school and watch a football game.

28-0 against Loudon. LOL!!! 1st half maybe. From what I seen tonight GB football for 2016 is gonna be real fun to watch. just to let O&B know because I told him my wish I got the ok from the sports editor choose my games. I am going to really enjoy this year. Come on down Crow when get a chance I think this is going to something special to watch.
