NCS should make another good run.

Its Nashville Christian School. They beat us 2-0 and i pitched. I threw alot of curveballs and they really didnt hit it that good. The pitcher that pitched wasnt that good but i guess he we their ace we just hit the ball strait into the ground all night. The are nothing special but they make most of the plays on defense.

What is so immpressive about winning 2-0??

No way Summertown is even close to as good as Forrest. They barley got by (us )NCS and I think that NCS was the better team. If a couple of plays had gone their way they would still be playing instead of Summertown.I dont think that Summertown hits the ball well enough to win it all, but they are solid on defence.

Yea to win you have to make all of the simple plays and some tough plays. CA made all the easly ones and a couple tough ones.We didnt make one easy one and we didnt make a couple of tough ones.I still threw good enough to win only giving up 2 or 3 earned run but yea didnt bring my good stuff and thats twice in a row and its kinda bothering me.Did CA lose to WHH?

I was eligible Friday but i dont think it mattered someone said that didnt check grade until tonight/today.But the only reason i was ineligible was bacause of all the road games we had early because of the feild being messed up and i missed so many grades for 6thand 7th period. Yea we never score alot of runs we just score about 4 at a time and juat about everyone hits in the inning and then we do it once later in the game.Trey pitched great.

Yes Trey threw a very good game.I i think we turned three double plays but im not sure.We still have a big game Wednesday with CA and if we can win that one then i think we will be in the drivers seat but were not their yet.Im pithing that game. In The WHH game the only reason yall had the lead was because of a balk,the wind blowing a ball out and the ump missed strike 3 on 1 batter that was on for the 2nd homer i think i walk him.We dont really win games by scoring 15 runs we win bye defence and pitching so u cant say that we should be beating teams by 12 or so. Any ways yea i guess u could say we threw our ace but we have 3 guys that get the job done.

No we havent made up the game at Houston County im not sure but we will probabaly play a double header because its such a long drive either way.And i dont think you talk to the baseball gods and i seem to agree with most of the things that you say.

Their was no homerun hit in the first inning i think it was the 3rd but i struck out the first 6 in a row i think their was no homer in the 1st.One of the homers would have been outs at NCS and the other a double itmight have got out.Neither on of mine would have got out of anywhere but their or JO Byrns.Im not startin Friday i threw more pitches yesterday with the game being closer then intended.I didnt throw close to as good as i did against East my fastball was up and I lost alot of velocity in about the 3rd when the first homer was hit.Im ready for Friday home i get on the mound but i would reather win and not pitch then lose and pitch. Yea i could see why they pulled Hill if that was one of the first time he pitched in a couple of years. He doesnt throw that hard but has a good curveball he also thrown a 2 seamer i think or somthing that ran in a little.

Yes Hill pitched he got pulled in the 3rd or 4th im not sure why maybe they are saving him for yallbecause he was throwin decent i think he had given up 3 runs when he got pulled.Then thet brought in a lefty with only a flat fastball very hittable.Hill is their best hittter but they have a couple of guys that can take it deep with the feild being 295 all around..they hit two off me....one the wind blew out and the short fence help dont think it would have been gone at Jo Byrns but the other was crushed it might not have got out at NCS not sure but either way it was crushed.

I think Chase Wood might be better then average for us bit he waited to late this being his senior year to step up and work hard.We have a couple of other guys that will make an impact on the mound before they leave prabably not this year but they will before they leave.I cant wait until Friday but we have to take care of WHH tomorrow.But Friday is the big one a real big one.I think that everyone that saw NCS play last year knows that the right feilder is the biggest bat in the line up and he has been missed this year(his slack has been picked up by a freshmen that is hitting well over .500) so if he works hard hopefuly he can step right in and not have to much rust to brush off.

You klnow that pitcher has a very good pickoff move so dont say he doesnt.If you stole our signs you would have said what they were and if you knew you would have pitched out the times that you didnt pick to runners off.Its really hard to pick off signs when the coach only gives them when he wants you to steal or bunt isnt it?...that dpesnt matter we have Coach anderson back now and their is now way anyone will fugure out what the signs are.Yea and the pitcher has a real good move to first prabably a balk but they dont call it so its legal.

NCS at Houston County --rained out....On the rankings i think that East Literature does have a good chance to come in 4 or 5 because they have one good pitcher but i think they will lose most of the games he isnt on the mound.I think that WHH will not be last i havent seen them play but have seen Mcewen play and they hit the ball very little but can hit it and i dont think they have any pitching.Why do you always leave yourself out?I think yall desrve to be at the top until it is proven otherwise.CA beating you proves that anyone can get beat if they dont come to play not that they are better then you.

Yea your right but I watched that kid go up into the 120s i think and he has a future especialy being left handed.I just dont wanna see him lose everything trying to get one win in high school. I wasnt worried about your team i was worried about your pitcher. The man that was coaching third is not a parent of anyone on the team his son played at Belmont and he knows exactly what he is doing so dont worry about him.Yes one of the other coaches is a parent but he is the pitching coach and his son doesnt pitch he is only calling the shots right now because coach Anderson is out.

Its nothing to do with the amont of innings its all to do with the number pf pitches and if he had 24 ks in two games he has to have thrown alot of pitches.Are you saying we have a five man rotation.We dont.Three man i think or thats what its been so far this season.And who cares if he threw 50 MPH he got you out and if my memory is correct he got everyone out last year with a .89 ERA until the Goodpasture game in region.

How can you say dont choke like you did against NCS?Wasnt NCS favored to win anyways? We played East Literature today and won 14-1.They arnt very good but they do have one pitcher that is the best we have faced this year.He is a left with a flat fastball but good control prabaly in the low to mid 70's with a very good curve. I think its the same pitcher that had 14 ks against WHH.He is also their only hitter #7. the game was 3-1 going into the seventh when he ren out of gas i think it was 5-1 when he came out but the other two pitchers wernt very good.Im waiting to see who won the East Jo Byrns game... goodluck both teams.... i didnt remember Jo Byrns having lights to be able to play at 6. Does anyone know Houston Countys district record and are they better then they were last year.

We play East Literature Monday, McEwen Wednesday and Friday we play Houston County. was the pitcher from East Literature that pitched against WHH was he good or did yall just not hit?East Robertson if yall play like you did against us CA WILL beat you.

Nope it wasnt the same pitcher we got a righty the first couple of innings but he did have a good curveball I think that he was #44.

I believe you when you say yall are a different team then that but i havent seens it so right now i would have to say that CA is way more solid then you guys.They made us beat them and they didnt beat themselves and to my knowledge the made every play in the feild.To dave yea McDowell pitched how did you know of him/me?
