  1. i dont think nashville christian has yet to get the chance to play in moore county's gym. Because of that it might have a let down from long range. so with that being said I think moore county by 10 at least and they might even blow it out to 20 if ncs comes out flat.
  2. haha i understand well im sorry that just how he got himself hyped obiviously ncs did a great job of shutin down the inside and forcin cascade to take out of ryhme 3s and jump shots thats were ncs won the game cascade just got outworkd for a majority of the game plain and simple.
  3. dawg i'll tell ya what yea it 22 might have been out of line saying things to a student but we can go back and forth of who started the talking 'stuff' to each other i like to see the involvement of the fans and thier pride for thier team. its a very nice thing to have if you are a player. but like the guy said earlier you got to have a respect for your oppenent when you are up by 20 just to keep your mouth zipped . . .especially when the 3rd string comes in i think that says it all right there. I just expected more maturity from a group of kids that either thier parents or they chose to attend a christian school. Maybe im just ignorant, i dont care
  4. Well congrats to NCS they came out to play and Cascade yet again slumped over. But one thing about Nashville 'Christian' . . .for a christian school they have some very rude and inmature kids . . . i get the point of getting into the game and yellin but root for you team and leave the other team alone . . . theres gonna be a lot of kids in church tomorrow . . /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> never made too much sense to try and degrade someone when your team is winning by 20 . . .
  5. homecourt usually means something but theses teams kinda reversed that one with cascade taking the last 2 at eagleville and eagleville took the last two at cascade
  6. Basically in the moore county game, moore county came ready to play and cascade was still at the house mentally.
  7. just to add to what you said EP, Van Buren came out of the gates running the court and jumped out to a 10-0 run with something like 3 minutes rolling off the clock before cascade scored if im not mistaken, but then cascade came back to tie it befor the end of the 1st quarter at 15 all. overall just another great game between two team that work extremely hard daily. may luck be with both of theses teams as the season progress as it has shown cascade will have a say in who comes out with the district tournment in the end.
  8. The district is being held at community this year from what I have heard.
  9. I'm sure there's a couple I haven't had the pleasure of meeting. who knows? maybe im dead wrong cascade might drop both of them to community's "very experienced" team, but with 7 seniors on another team in a rivalry game im taking the senior ladened team every time because by now if the seniors dont understand that this game carries more than just district tournment seeding, it will be a long season anyways. good luck to both teams this season . . . quick question is wilder norris back at unionville this year? . . i thought he played for central last year?
  10. there wasnt any nastiness intended. Community might compete with Cascade. All I'm trying to say is there are 7 seniors at Cascade that want to stay undefeated against Community throughout thier high school carreer basically because of the intense rivalry game
  11. Thats the riskest pick of all these boneheaded community fans . . . all three? . . one they will not get one from forrest, forrest's pressure is just too much for the vikings . . eagleville what more should i have to say . .their style of play works well for them community cant get in a shooting contest with them. And when the devil's home freezes over is when community takes one from cascade . . .its been a long time since that has even happened. So to all you community fans good luck but dont be surprised when your watching the district championship game on your on floor. /bored.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":bored:" border="0" alt="bored.gif" /> /sleep.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="-_-" border="0" alt="sleep.gif" />
  12. ok now comparing cascade with community takes that a little far. Cascade is made of more than just one player where the concept of team is stressed day in and day out. So all I can say is that you can think what you want, but when march comes you will be surprised to see the outcome. How does the district champs from a year ago go from contention to out of the picture? If all you are looking at is the 5 seniors and one transfer they lost, you are not looking close enough. and what you are missing is that they return 8 seniors and 2 juniors most of which have gotten over the course of last year a good number of playing time and the experience that comes along with it. that guy leaving might have hurt the inside game, but there are other ways then just the post player to establish the inside game. anyone that knows a lick of anything about basketball will tell you that.
  13. yes its is still nice to be able to express our opinions. Its going to be a great basketball season in D-9. One to remember for the times to come.
  14. Ok guys here's is what I would like to know, who and why do you think will be victorious at the end of the year. In my opinion Cascade is still the District Champs so until the tourney they are the team to beat losing 5 seniors and 1 junior, but what people dont see is the depth on the bench, with 7 seniors still on the team. i dont know much about Van buren, but i dont think they lost much with baker still there this team will have a say other teams im not too famaliar with. . . anyone's opinion on these teams are welcomed
