  1. Westview was arguing? That's a shame. They were a pretty classy team in the past. Looks like they lost a close against Northside. Anyone know who scored?
  2. To get back to what this thread was started on, I think Dyersburg will take Northside in Regional semis. Northside seems to be playing competitively as of late (barely lost to USJ), but I think Zach, Fern, and David will be too much for them to handle. As for the other matchups, Madison will beat Crockett easily, and I think Westview, even though they didnt show much offensivley in District finals against us, will beat USJ. Their defense seems to have improved a little from when they were getting 5 goals scored on them (Madison), and the Phifer guys won't want their Westview careers to end this early. Dyersburg 5-2 over North Side Madison 7-0 over Crockett Westview 3-1 over USJ
  3. Today (Thurs. May 11th) at Westview's field in Martin. Kickoff is 6:00.
  4. Wow, dont make it so obvious who u play for. you're always postin about Dyersburg and how great we are. If the post had asked for a post of our team roster you would be right, but I'm sorry not everyone on our team in every postition deserves to be mentioned as "the best in west tn." I think this looks more like it: Forwards: Zach Barry- Dyersburg / Derek Ahn- Westview Midfielders: Right Mid- Bradley Ward (D'burg) / Left Mid- Alex (USJ) / Center Mid- David Pifer (Westview) / Center Mid- Fernando Costa Defenders: Nick Desio- Madison / Matt Ruud- Madison / Cory Nethery- Westview / USJ Sweeper (John something). Goalkeeper: too early in the season to tell. Coach: ne one but leonardi
  5. Come on Stapleton, I'm not saying we are gonna lose to Westview, I'm just saying that they are still good. We are better though and will beat them. Sorry for how I worded things.
  6. i have to agree, westview lost a lot of seniors, but I'm still scared to death to play them... they have some very solid freshmen that have stepped up and filled in the spots. If anything, getting these fresmen might be an upgrade over SOME of last years positions filled by seniors... these freshmen, and the returners alike, know how to play. they are good, and they know they are good... i am praying we stomp them when we play them.. but they are such a threat for state because they are very quick this year, and i hear they are passing the ball incredibly well..... Westview will be a problem this year for us trojans, but for the teams that aren't as good as us (USJ) you might want to watch out.
