Yes: Football teams are allowed to practice all summer long, we call it technique time. They may wear a helmet during 7 on 7 competitions(passing leagues) during the summer. No pads until the August date and they may not scrimmage until they have practiced for 3 days. If I'm correct.

DC will be improved from last year. They are very physical up front but their problem is speed and the rebuilding process. It will take a few years to change the mentality of the players because just like winning is contagious, losing can also be contagious and hard to overcome. I believe our 3rd team Qb scored on DC's first team and so did Hightower on a long run. Yes I did say our 3rd team Qb. DC was physical and so where we and if it came down to passing we would have the edge there also. Plus those screens were all short and after that you guys couldn't do anything.
