He isnt offending me... He is just soo sarcastic and it just gets old. And as to what cutters said about recruiting, cheating isnt the way to win. Maybe for you all at Siegal, but we arent going to cheat to win. If we were going to do that we would have stacked vs. McCallie and they wouldnt have even noticed and we would have had a much better shot of winning. What I mean by them not even noticing is that we could have put Parks at 1 and Crist at 3. Parks and Charlie always have real close matches and there is no way that Crist would ever lose to Wes Nelson, so then we would have had a shot to win doubles and win the match, but we arent going to cheat our way to win.

All I'm saying Cutters, is that although nation supp doesn't have much good to say about Webb, he doesn't have some smart alic comment like you do. He shows class and that is something that you should try.

This is just stupid to talk about. Sure if we played in AAA (meaning Webb) we would probably be the favorites to win, but we aren't. We are in DII and that is how it has always been. I don't want to move down a division just to have more success. I would rather work harder so that we can have success in our division. I agree with nation supp that this talk doesn't matter... We are in DII and will never be in AAA. And Cutters... Are you always this big of jerk to everyone? It is completely unnecessary to constintely be making sarcastic remarks to everything someone from Webb says. Be a little more like nation supp and show a little class.

I don't doubt that he used to playe a lot on clay, but if you can't adjust to hardcourts in 7 months of playing on nothing but hardcourts then you have issues. As for the top 300 juniors in the world, I don't buy that... He is even top 20 players in all of Tennessee. Also, the second and third times that he played Julian were not close matches. The first one was very close... I think 7-6 in the third but the others weren't. He is good, but not that good.

There is no excuse for our #1 losing to Tariq, but I will say that Taylor wanted to lose that match. He won the first set and saw that David and Reid lost their doubles... said that he realized that he would be the only guy at state and he would have to make up his exams and he tanked. There is no excuse for that... Tariq won the match, but that was not the best effort from Taylor. There is no way that he would ever lose to Tariq 0 and 0 in two sets. In a tournament I would take Taylor anyday, but Tariq won the match and my hat is off to him for that.

No Hunter is playing doubles with Taylor Patrick. Christopher Williams will win state in AAA.

You are entitled to your opinion and I am entitled to mine. As for me saying that Tadd is DECISIVELY better than Kyle... I admitted that that was a foolish comment, but seriously is it necessary to talk about him whining and throwing his racquet all the time and talk about how comical it is when you havent seen him play in a year. As for me I stick to my statement that I think that Tadd would be Kyle, but that is my opinion and you have yours. I understand that fully.

No actually I'm not and I'm sorry if I was a little foolish with my statements, but the point I was trying to make is that he is probably the most maligned person on this board and noone gives him any credit for anything. All people talk about is what happened last year. The last time Kyle and Tadd played was last year at the Carter Invitational... I wasnt even on the team last year, but that is quite a long time ago. If I was Tadd though, I wouldnt like it too much if all people said about me is how I throw my racquet and whine and cry about everything and how comical it is to them. I'm just stickin up for my teammate. Just give Tadd a little credit for what he has done this year... He is much improved from last year. That match to me could go either way... Kyle is a great player, but so is Tadd.

You act like Tadd doesnt play tennis anymore. Tadd is playing really well of late, beating Tarik Ismail (McCallie's 2) who I guarantee would beat kyle, and he had Sawyer Duncan on the ropes at the Furman bullfrog losing in a tight three set match. He no longer throws his racquet and "whines" like you all say to everything we post about Tadd. Tadd can beat Kyle. Kyle would play 4 for Webb. Kyle isnt Federer you know... he is beatable, and Tadd can beat Hunter Maltsberger so... if that means anything. Kyle knows a little about Hunter (2 and 3). Tadd over Kyle... enough said.

I couldnt care less about who won between Chris Smith and Hereford, but about your comment, "it doesn't matter who has good luck or bad luck, all that matters is that Chris Smith showed up to play and beat him when it counted." This is from the same guy who had the excuses when Hunter beat Kyle in Murfeesboro, so you have no room to talk. If I remember... "Kyle played awful... it would have been different on a different day." You have NO room to talk, okay.

Face the facts... Siegals 1 player "Kyle Wishing", The King himself, would play 4 at Webb. Siegal isn't half as good as Webb, but it doesnt matter because they are in a different division. It is ridiculus how much you all are full of yourselfs. I just hope we do the thing in Murfeesboro again next year and actually play you all this time.

I'm not referring to anyone in particular, just saying that a few of the Webb players can really kill themselves in some matches. Oh, and fyi, Tadd is undefeated this year playing mainly the 2 spot.

BTW one of my friends who was feeling rather arrogant that day made that post...sry. Im not sure Webb would be guaranteed to win AAA bc a few of their players can really beat themselves, but i think webb would clearly be the favorites, especially after beating bearden(who dominated siegel) w/out 2 of their top 3 players. But it doesnt even matter...Webb isnt going to switch out of DII anytime soon.

Bo probably went to Baylor bc they are the better athletic school. I doubt it was a bidding thing, Baylor is a national top 25 prep school for athletics. It's not like Baylor pays people off. Both them and McCallie offer prospects a scholarship and try to get them to come to their respective schools...just like College recruiting.

they will not come close to touchin either of those teams and greenville will be a struggle

I've got to give my vote to Alex Hutchins, Patrick Kelly, and Jonah. Probably the three best out there.

Webb won tonight 2-0 over Kings Academy in pretty dominating fashion. Goals were scored by Alex Hutchins and Logan Threadgill. On the match with Baylor: Should be an extremely close game. The last two goals in the series were on unlucky bounces so I'll say this one goes to a shootout or at least overtime. 1-1 end of regulation: its a coinflip from there. Good luck to both teams on Thursday.

I don't know about mid state, but in the whole state of Tennessee and I think in the south it is Eric Voges of McCallie. I don't even go to McCallie, but I know Coach Voges pretty well and he is a coaching genius. Hands down the best coach in Tennessee and I think definitely in the south, too.

My vote goes for defensman Andy Preston for Webb. He's clearly shown to be one of the best in not only DII, but the state.

McCallie beat Webb today 4-1, no doubles played. Ramsey over Crist 4,1 Hatcher over Ismael 6,5 i think Wes over Parks 6,3,4 Mark over Reid - not sure but in straight sets Harris over Mackabee 0,4 i think

My vote goes to Bo Seal, he is just consistently on another level than everyone in the state. However, after that, there are numerous other players who are clearly the class of the state after Bo.

Alex Hutchins had the goal for webb. It was a great game to watch, very exciting with a lot more scoring opportunities than the score indicates. Good game to both teams.

Who is this Steven you're talking about? If you are talking about Lang... It's William Lang not Steven. Also, McCallie beat Baylor earlier in the season, but McCallie still might not go to state. They play Webb this week and if Webb wins then Webb will go.

As much as i wuld love to see science hill lose so their egos and opinions of themselves wuld be shot down to where it should be morristown west plays a weak scheldle and that is y they r undefeated science hill will have no problem in this one just like they have no problem braggin about it later
