Forrest 5- NCS 0. we were never out of the game despite how badly we played. minus one or two bad pitches by our starter in the first and its 0-0 to what the fourth? idk, but we all know a few pitches can make or break you this time of year. take nothing away from forrest as they showed up and took care of their business. however i wish i could say we did more than show up. bases loaded 1 out. we get nothing. the rest of the time wee could never string many base runners together. pitcher was not at all unhittable we just didnt show up with the bats like we will have to if we are gonna march on. congrats to forrest and i hope we will see ya again soon.

unless collinwood has some ace i dont know about... its already over. they wont score. i wish i agreed with you but unfortunately i dont think they have a chance. and i dont know about SHOULD win maybe COULD win against NCS for summertown. i know both teams are good and i know ncs's loss to forrest was their first in a long time. SHOULD be a great game.

nashville christian school from district 10A. defense is always solid and the pitching has been there about 90% of the time. (24-4)

dont give up on district 10A. hopefully ncs will be reppin' for at least a little while longer. bummer bout east but congrats to them on making it as far as they did. i hope everyone is still fired up about the race shaping up in single A. and as far as district pride, i know we're probably gaining some fans each day and pissin others off just the same, but i hhope all you guys posting all year long stay interested in whats goin on. NCS beat Cascade tonight 3-1. we got forrest on wed. i know we will probably save pitching which i have mixed feelings about but im not the coach. BASEBALL is all that matters right now- i hope we continue to go get em.

NCS beat cascade tonight in region 5. set to play forrest for region championship. although i have been looking forward to this possible matchup its a shame the way it hass now come. if i had to guess i think we will pitch our #3 guy. and i know they wont throw minor tho their #2 not to shabby. NCS 3- Cascade 1. what went down at forrest and east. i know from a friend forrest won 6-0. details? come on hoop-(eastr25) what happened. hey by the way congratulations on making it to region and although i wouldve loved to have seen yall continue, its not all bad. the rivalry sure has been fun. east25- i think yall got a shot.a shot though. no prediction or anything. i honestly dont think minor will pitch against you #1. he might, but i think it would be smart to pitch their #2(a stud) and save minor. im not the coach we'll see. secondly they have been hittin too. i think clinard can shut anyone down when he is on. lets hope he is i would love to see you guys win. even if he does shut em dwon yall gotta hit. good luck with that. sure would be great to see 10A make lots of noise

Nashville Christian won the 10A title tonight. bout time we got the games in. East Robertson also advances as #2 seed. NCS hosts Cascade monday at 7:00 pm, Forrest hosts ERHS. i am interseted to see the results of all the other districts can anyone come close on a sheet.. 1a... 2a... 3a... 4a... etc, are we all set for regionals throughout the state?

cascade will travel to the winner, #1 seed, of district 10A. this will play out tom. and friday out of Nashville christian school, houston county, jobyrns, and east robertson. if regular season is any indication NCS should be the team that hosts Cascade but there are still some games to be played before it is known. forrest would obviously host the second seed from 10A

the region tournament is as follows... #1 seed from district 10A hosts #2 seed from district 9A #1 seed from district 9A hosts #2 seed from district 10A (applicable to all other cross districts obviously.. 1A vs. 2A, etc.) the higher seed will host the championship if a #1 seed is upset but i am not sure what the rule is if both #1's advance. WHO HOSTS? ANYONE KNOW 4 sure?

although i think a series is more like what the american sports world wants to see in any sport and i understand that this almost ensures that the best team win rather than say the best one pitcher, on the other hand there are so many games in a short span as it is. it my become who is the most durable team rather than who has the most talent. i do also have a question regarding someones earlier comment. regionals aren't single elimination after the first game right? i thought both teams from the region championship go to substate and the region winners host the runners up travel. correct me if i am wrong.thanks

so the championship is forrest and cascade- if cascade beats forrest will they have to play a second game? and i honestly know nothing about the district besides these two being solid to say the least, is the rest of the district relatively soft?

more games called for district 10A so... Thursday..... G1. NCS vs. Houston Co. 2:00 G2. Jo Byrns vs. East Robertson (immediately following) G3. G1-loser vs. G2-winner (same) Friday.... CG. G1-winner vs. G3-winner Top 2 go to Region to face Forrest and Cascade on Monday (i believe) Good luck everybody!
