  1. The Webb- Science Hill final score was actually 2-2
  2. Great game. Just for the correction, the score was 2-2. Both teams went into half time without a goal. Eddie open the scoring about 5 minutes into the second half by loosing his oponent with his back to goal and then quickly releasing the shot. Webb came back minutes later with a nice cross from the wing from the tall kid with dreadlocks resulting into a nice finish. Webb kept the pressure and added another. Science hill played to the end with attacking pressure before a cross from the wing by eddie resulted into a scrumble ball before Zack finally put it in with about less than 2 minutes until the end of the game.
  3. Hopefully Eddie is back for Science Hill, he was not at the SH- David Crockett game yesterday. From what I know, I don't think he has any injury. The SH attacking pressure was lacking yesterday.
  4. Science Hill - 4 David Crockett - 0
  5. This fixture was an entertaining one last year. What do everyone think of this game on Thursday 03/15/07 @ 5:30pm in Knoxville? My prediction is 2-1 in sh favor.
  6. I believe you guys are talking about "NUMBER8", I think his first name was Mosen, he graduated last year. Am not sure if he went on to play in college.
  7. Science Hill's Eddie Yah from what I heard at a SH game Schools already Offered: Winthrop University NCAA D1, Master's College (Santa Clarita, CA) NAIA Interest from: Virginia Commonwealth University(VA), Biola University (CA), Limestone College, Menlo College (CA), Wingate U, LMU (TN)
  8. I heard science hill were leading 2-1 at half time and Catholic came from behind and won. Science Hill also missed a pk in the last 2 minutes.
  9. Any thoughts on this one? I wouldn't be able to make it to Knoxville, so I thought I should make this topic for comments from people who will watch it or have thoughts on it.

    Forwards

Eddie Yah of Science Hill is the best Forward in my opinion. The Kid Scored 20 Goals and 9 Assists last season, and it wasn't just scoring loads of goals against one weak team. I think the most that he scored in a game last season was 3 goals once, Scoring 3 times against Farragut, and more than once against teams like CAK proves a lot. He also Scored or assisted in 14 of all of Science Hill's 15 wins last season. I think its hard for players anywhere in the state to beat that.
  11. Science Hill - 4 Greeneville - 0
  12. How about I say they are alright for now, and about midway through the season if they don't have losses, then I reevaluate. This sounds better considering they ended 17-6-5 last year with a team that had struggle to find form for most part of the season with a decent team before working their way to the state tourney. I know that farragut should have some decent kids this year but the expectations has been higher before.
  13. Science Hill lost a lot of players, but should have some replacements to add to their returning starters. Morristown west had a good center forward and center back. Are they still there?

    Bearden

    Bearden isn't overrated.
  15. Brentwood deserves the praises. farragut should be an alright team, but I agree not what people seems to think they should be. Backstom 15 goals is a prove that he is an effective player, but not as good as most seems to think he is.
  16. Tarr is a good player. I didn't know he wasn't on the national team anymore. Whats going on?
  17. Thats too much money for a single player of his kind. If D.C United was bought for US $33 million, why pay that much money for one player instead of maybe expanding the league with new teams . Another option is go to South America, Africa, Europe and buy a bunch of younger extraordinary talents that will make fans want to come to games.
  18. You might want to correct yourself again, cause from what I heard, Eddie's first goal on the indirect kick wasn't from in the 18 yard box. And now that you guys have make SH look like a team that play dirty on this site, I wonder how they got those 15 direct or indirect kicks you are talking about?
  19. I've seen him over and again, and your statement is far from true. Didn't seen any when they lost to SH 5-0.
  20. I had to leave at half time, who scored the rest of Farragut 3 goals? Who scored SH goals?
  21. Farragut is having another shot after the 3-0 lost to the Hilltoppers in regular season. Besides it being a re-match, its a sectional match and both teams should be at their best. My prediction is Science Hill will win 2-0. Any predictions?
  22. Science Hill won 4-2 on PK It was a very good game. Science Hill score in the second half on a goal from (guess who?) Number8. He did a very good job today. A player went down and the ball was put out. MW was playing the ball back to SH as they usually do when players go down, but the MW foward went on to get the ball and attack the SH goal after his own player had tried to kick it to the SH defenders as fair play. The MW player was brought down in the box. Reff blew for PK... MW equalised. Extra time... to PK. SH got 3 shots in the net out of 4. MW got 1 in out of 4.
  23. I doubt it, but am hoping to see they all play in the state tourney to see how all of these players compare to others.
  24. I think the only player of these four who's not in the east is Fernando. I believe theres a lot of people on here who has seen him play. For the east, some people has seen all of them.
