Gibbs vs. Pigeon Forge in the District 3AA Championship Game. Game is Tuesday at 7:00pm at Pigeon Forge. This is going to be the game of the year. This game will have it all. Pitching, Hitting, Offense, Defense, and Coaching strategy. Your not going to want to miss this District Championship Collision Course of 2 Baseball PowerHouses. Baseball Fans... Is there a possibility that TSSAA would move the State Championship location to a different location other than the Murfreesboro/Nashville area? The damage that I see on television and on youtube is just devastating to the entire area. Another concern would be with all of the people in the Murfreesboro/Nashville area who were forced out of their homes because of the flooding, how will that impact the availability of hotels that are usually full of State Bound Athletic Teams and families? State is just 3 weeks away.

Are the State Championships still going to be played in Murfreesboro with all of the flooding, or moved to a different location? Does anyone have any information on what the TSSAA plans to do with the crisis in the Nashville area?

We have gone through several Easton bats over the last couple of years and they seem to lose their pop and go dead. They will only replace the bat one time. After that, if it goes dead you will have a nice souvenir to display. You should never cut corners on the price of a bat because if your son ever decides to leave the game, you can always sell a good quality used bat on ebay to get a good portion of your money back. The best bat out right now in our opinion is the 2008-2009 Exo Grid Bat by Louisville Slugger. Alot of POP! You truly get what you pay for. The best place to buy a bat in my opinion is Directsports.com cheapest price and free shipping. Thats where we get our bats from. Hope this helps.
