Yes, I agree, I think it also has to do with playing up to 18-u to try and get better... many dont get pushed in 16-u they just stay at the same level of play.

Young players, seniors leaving this is all very questionable on how your team will react. Your pitcher really needs to step up... as for the others, what doesnt ruin your season only makes the players stronger. But in all honesty, if the girls want to play (good) they can age doesnt matter.

Amen, now do I think os has what it takes to get to state... Well lets see, they have a great pitcher... good catcher... well they have a really good infield entirely, as for outfield well it could use some help... he needs a center to balance everything and he needs a leader out there as for the rest, if no errors are made it could deffinately happen...
