I agree CPR4U. Somebody is going to lose tomorrow (I hope it isnt Jo Byrns). If these teams do meet again in the playoffs, there would be a "revenge"--type mentality. That would be an awesome game. I dont think it would be a East Robertson/ Jo Byrns type game atmosphere, but would definitely be close. Good luck to both teams tomorrow night. Tuck, hit em' hard, and hit em' early. Not to take anything from Cascade, but if you just play JO BYRNS football, I do not think that they can keep with that (it is just my opinion--and I am sticking to it; have said it since the beginning). Like Coach Adkins said in the paper: "This will be a play-off-like atmosphere." This will be a great game. I wish the best to both teams. Of course, I want Jo Byrns to win this one, and get the Gold Ball in the Boro; but if I had to choose another team to do it, Cascade is next on my list. Practice hard this week!! I think the score will be 33-7. Heritage might score on the JV team, but not the "A" team. No disrespect at all to Heritage. Jo Byrns is clicking on all cylinders right now. Jo Byrns will score early and often; then Coach Adkins, with his class-act game plan, will take out the "A" team and gradually put in the "B" team...thats when Heritage MIGHT score. Coach Adkins has a very good system. The guys really listen to him. They soak it up. He has them watching film. They work hard in the weight room, and just as hard on the practice field. It is all in the preparation. And as already stated, Coach Adkins is the best at breaking down film, and preparing his team. He has them very disciplined (mentally AND physically). All of that is the key to success. And Jo Byrns has ALL of that. ----The years of playing with Ezell, CPA, DCA kinda helped too. I bet anyone on here, that Jo Byrns could keep with them today though (whoop up on them too). I guarantee it. I would really like to see a Jo Byrns v. DCA/CPA/Ezell game this year. That would be a really good way to determine how good JBS actually is. What do ya'll think? Lets Go Jo Byrns! Keep on busting them heads!!

There is no way that Heritage scores 24 on the JBS Defense. They are playing as ONE right now. They are a solid football team. No disrespect to Heritage at all; But Jo Byrns is dominating everyone. They are going to be AT HOME, in the Dungeon. I dont see Heritage coming away with 24......Maybe, just MAYBE, 7. Thats if they bring their absolute best "A" game. And Jo Byrns will score whatever they want. I see it being 33-7. The 7, will come from JBS 2 team. I think, if anyone on JBS will give up any kind of score it might be the 2 team....even then, it will only be one score. Good luck to Heritage!

Interesting stats. Like you said, with it being a Region game, both teams will be bringing their best "A" game.This is very important for both teams. Jo Byrns cant lose, because right now they are tied with Cascade for the title. And with a chance of either JBS or Cascade losing (not likely)at some point in the season, Forrest has to be within "striking distance" to try and win the Region; meaning that another loss for Forrest could mean no title (but of course, still a playoff spot). That would be an interesting game (games), to say the least. I think it would have the same type of atmosphere as the Jo Byrns/ East game, times 5. Everybody would be trying to play their very best. I dont know. This one would be, I think, who ever wanted it the most. Because with an atmosphere like this, its anybodys game. I would have to say though, that I think Greenbrier and Springfield might have the advantage over JBS, East, or Heritage (are you considering them 'Robertson County' also ?) . Good topic....

Hey, I mean no disrespect to East at all, I just have a question for you. It seemed as though you guys came out flat, you lacked some intensity. And thats one thing I always remembered about East, was the intensity. But it just seemed like it wasnt there at all for you guys---Until, you guys put Tico out wide. I think that you should do that more. He is a great player, but seems to do more damage at receiver. I dont know, it just didnt seem as though East, was all that fired up. I am not trying to rub anything in ya'lls face or anything. Did anybody else notice--or is it just me? I wish ya'll best of luck the rest of the season. Jo Byrns----wow.
