  1. Your not very smart nunnford. 6,000 to 7,500 fans each game? I don't think so. Yes I believe the Cookeville side will be full but you should def find a seat somewhere. Back to the game. It should be a dandy. If Cookeville can handle the raiders athletism and control the line of scrimmage then I like the cavs in this one.
  2. Should be one of the best games in the state this week. Both teams come in unbeaten. Who gets the victory?
  3. Haha you are kidding right? The refs missed about 3 or 4 spots that caused Cookeville 1st Downs. I agree that Lebanon is much better than 0-3, and could easily be 2-1 or 3-0, & they are probably the best team Cookeville has played this year. But to say that the refs favored the cavs is ridiculous. I like Lebanon in this one, although I know nothing of LaVegrne.
  4. Wow what a game. Cookeville vs. Lebanon has always been a great ball game to watch. I do not know a better 0-3 team than Lebanon. 3 losses with a combined 8 point difference. Great game i'm glad to see the cavs win a close game this year and see how they would react in a tight contest. Hats off to the blue devils played a great game. Turnovers were huge tonight.
  5. I agree with you 100%. I'm not saying they are a great football team or should even be ranked right now but I just know they have potential. Hopefully they will get better each week.
  6. Predictions? Lebanon - 13 Low scoring due to rain. Cookeville - 22
  7. I really think this is going to be a great game. How will Cookeville come off a big win over coffee and how will Lebanon handle losing two tough games? Comes down to turnovers and kicking game i believe. Can't wait.
  8. Just because your tired of losing means you can just turn it around and win? Not sure it happens that way. What are some other reasons the blue devils may win? Who are their key players?
  9. This could be a very good game. Lebanon vs. Cookeville has been kind of a rivalry for the past 5-6 years. Both teams are athletic and should be a good game. I know Lebanon has lost two games but from what i have heard they could be easily 2-0. What does everyone think about this one?
  10. Congrats to the cavs last night. Took it to them from the very first drive. Not to take anything away from Coffee but I think Cookeville just looked flat out better. Could've been worse like some said with some dropped balls but a good win for the cavs. Keep working hard and keep getting better. Good Luck to Coffee the rest of the season.
  11. Yeah field still is good. Not the best of fields by any means. Coffee fans be safe coming up. Hope noone gets injured.
  12. Game Day! Can't wait should be a very good game. I'm sticking with what I said earlier and say the cavs win at home. Coffee - 14 Cookeville - 29
  13. Good post. Should be a good game. Comes down to turnovers and 3rd downs i believe.
  14. Whats your point? you stink and noone comes to the games, is there anything im missing? Cookeville would have a good crowd if they finished 2-9 this year. Sparta fans only show up when the going is good. Also last few games for basketball I have seen many empty seats down below.
  15. 5A Football Fan I understand I did say the same thing last year and I will admit I was wrong. The Cookeville team last year was very average and I honestly think that Cookeville has a chance to be as good as they were three years ago come playoff time. Im not taking anything away from Coffee I know they always have a strong team and play hard. But if Cookeville plays like they can I do not think Coffee can hang with them for 4 quarters. I haven't heard much about Coffee football. Who are there good players to watch? Still run the wing-t or change?
  16. The Cavs are much improved from last year. Cookeville will be ready for this one. Cavs by 14+
  17. Sounds like Coffee has been playing well this season. Haven't seen them or anything and I thought they were supposed to be down a little this year but doesn't look that way. That said I still think Cookeville is too strong. Cookeville runs to many things on offense to lock down one or two players. They are very balance in the run/pass game. I like Cookeville by 14+.
  18. haha and why wouldn't they rush the field? They won. I saw one of the worse crowds from white county fans in a loooong time. Barely any students, and fans were not loud at all. I know you aren't very good but you gotta support.
  19. Fastpitchnut why do you think it'll be closer than what people say? Just cause they are returning alot of starters or do you know something I don't? I just don't see this game being very close. I see sparta scoring late because the cavs will play everyone again but I personally don't see this one within 30 points.
  20. First of all its week 1. Second of all i was reading another post by you and who is the DE, RB, FS/SS that cookeville didn't have in week 0? I personally can only think of two and that is a DE and a LB who will actually see playing time. Back to the game. I think Cookeville wins easily and will see subs as early as the 2nd quarter. No disrespect to White Co. I just don't think there program is where it has been in the past. Cookeville by 4. . . touchdowns.
  21. I'm sure Central has been looking forward to this game all the way back to last August. The key to this game will be in the secondary and kicking game.
  22. Any thoughts about this game? How does bobcats/ cavs fans feel about this one?
  23. Yes same here. Good luck to all region 3 teams this week.
