i think that it will be a good game til lucas frye castrates AC running game and are forced to start passing and then weston hazelhurst and johnson will have cody pack and ryan farmer on lock down.....but still AC could come and win it being at the home field...... but ive never seen a MAV team 0-4..... what has hurt them is coaching and injuries..... losing two QB back to back and forcing a 3rd string QB to be pressured in the biggest game of Clinton and AC... clinton by7

What I meant was, even if Union County was holding something back, they looked good enough to beat CC, if they were holding something back, then I would hate to see what they are gonna do to CC tonight! Maybe another repeat of 2 weeks ago.

Alright, Tonight is the night. A point at which this game could determine the rest of the season for both of the teams. It is AC's first home game, and I know they are gonna be ready for the cross county rivalry game, but I do believe that the dragons are ready for it too. if AC loses, I dont believe that they have any chance at all to make the playoffs, I know this isnt a region game, but either their confidence will go up or it will go down, and Clinton just needs to win 3,4, or maybe just 5 games this year, whether they are region games or not. I pick the dragons to come back home with their 2nd win of the season, by 7.

Exactly, that means if their coach held back some in the jamboree, then they are better than what I seen. Duh, Sherlock!! CC is HORRIBLE!!!! This years CC team is alot worse than last year, It dont matter what Union County did last year!

ORidgeKat, It is puzzling that any Maverick team is 0-4, I really think that they did put all they had into the Jamboree. They put "TO MUCH" into it, and that is their problem, I really dont know what it is. but a AC mom is in my class today as a substitute, and she said that almost all of the AC coaches have quit now, it sounds like it is getting worse every week for them.

Honestly, everything you said was right. I really dont know what is wrong with AC, they do have some good players. Obviously, I believe it is the coaches, noone really liked kerr, since the day he started, he has a very bad reputation for cussing out the players, I have even heard him do it, I dont believe he will be there much longer, Lambert maybe? Honestly, AC scores have mostly been passing the ball this year, they havent been able to get the running game going that good, I think Clinton will stop the run this week, and Westin, Ellis, and the rest wont let them pass either. Probably not 35-14, Like I said earlier, but it could be, I pick Clinton by 10.

Westin really is a good player, he has 3 interceptions on the year now. South Doyle was afraid to throw to ANBODY that Westin was guarding, he will do real good against a cross town rival.

Like I said earlier, I think it will be a high scoring game, but there is a catch to that, a high scoring game for one team, I might be going a little overboard, but I think the Dragons are ready for this game, and the Mavs arent, I say the Dragons win 35-14. The Dragons are much better than everyone thinks they are!!!!

Alright, I had heard that Junebug started at RB for Melrose, I guess he didnt though. He did play in the JV game Monday, and did really good, but I heard last night, that he hasnt been back to practice since, he hasnt even been to school since then. The game is at AC, but Clinton seems to play better at the away games, then they do at the home games, AC aint a real hard enviroment to play in, I think they will be more Clinton fans there than there will be AC fans.

Clinton is pretty healthy, Chase Acres will be able to play full strength this weekend, and Oh yeah! We got a new player in from Melrose, I dont now what his name is, but everyone calls him Junebug, he is really good, he started at running back at Melrose, and I suspect he WILL be playing Friday night!!!! The only injury I know of is that Phillip Hester broke his leg.

Well, I would be on here taking up for Clinton, but it looks like OleDad is doing a good job at it. As for the Refs go, they were HIGHLY in favor of South Doyle, they got by with SO much stuff!!!!

AC and Clinton for sure!!!! Both teams are similar, AC has a good defense, and Clnton has a power house offense, although they didnt show nobody during the South Doyle game!!!!

Clinton's biggest problem was that they went in too overconfident, South Doyle was a lot better than the Dragons thought that they would be, I knew that they would do that, I had heard some players talking about how easy this win should be, that was a mistake, especially for a team that is trying to rebuild itself, they should play every game as hard as the other!!!!

As for my pal Dragoons! I dont know where he is!!!!

Hello, well, was I wrong, I have no clue what happened Friday night, that is the worst Clinton has played all year, they couldnt do nothing, South Doyle didnt do as good as the score showed, two fumbles and a blocked punt, right at the end zone, made what, 30 yards? for 3 td's, that is 21 of the 27 points, Clinton made too many fumbles, and other mistakes, and one other thing, I dont know who he is, but someone on the S-D team, he was always playing close to the Clinton fans, and you could obviously see that he was holding EVERY play, there was even a writeup about it in yesterdays paper!!!!

I right here, I almost just layed it down, and forgot about football after Friday. Clinton went in too overconfident Friday, South Doyle is a very physical team, and they have some HUGE boys, but the Dragons cant play like that any more, and I dont believe that they will!! I know Clinton is not real good, but I believe that we are good enough to beat AC, I pick Clinton by 3.
