NC wins 28-12 in about a sloppy a game as possible, but I've heard there was a lot of that tonight. They were back and forth to begin the game then NC put a drive together to score. He Eagles were up 20-0 when JB started to come back to make a game of it. This might have a different outcome if #50 doesn't bat a ball down that would've allowed JB to tie the game. That is a big dude! I hope these teams meet up again in better weather in the playoffs. Maybe a different outcome, maybe not, but I'd like to see it.

Yep, the JB concession stand is hard to beat as concession stands go. Sure you can get burgers, pizza, dogs, even chili pies...but the real deal are the pork chop or BBQ'd bologna sammiches! They make me happy, happy, happy!

ArtVande...err, GeorgeCostanzaTN, I see what you're doing. Being "that" new poster that's all bold, brash, and pushing the perverbial envelope. Since you are new to the T, here are some pointers, newb... 1) I saw your post about the AP 1A poll. Don't be all butt hurt about your team not being ranked where you think they should and if anouther team is seemingly ranked too high. It's way too early for any AP folks to give a darn about 1A. You just deal with it and move on. 2) If you're gonna dish it, be prepared to take it. I can only hope snoball or CB10 will chime in when it's time for you to eat crow! 3) Quit wearing pennyloafers, jorts, and rainbow sweatervests without an undershirt. There's only room for one Butchie on here! 4) Don't go swimming during football season, George. SHRINKAGE!!!

Not to be all down on the Warriors, but... #woodshed. I didn't know what to think about JB after the Lancaster game. It was good to hear about how they bounced back in convincing fashion. I'd like to hear from some Eville peeps about what they've seen from the Eagles. I've heard they are favored to win their district, but so far this year they've no competition. Combined record of Eville opponents 0-9. Someone besides that fruit booter FA11 please chime in!

Like Moto says, there's a difference between being the favorite and being the clear cut favorite. There was nothing clear cut about last season, and nothing clear cut about this one either...yet.

Sounds like it was a complete game. I think they'll need another one this week.

JB and Eville play for the first time since they were in the old Region 5. Eville averages just over 31 pts per game beating MP, H2O, and Huntland. JB beat up on McEwen, bouncing back from the loss to Lancaster Chr. I didn't get to see the beat down, but I've heard that JB's 1's put together a great first half and it's always good when the D gets a goose egg. This should be a great game.
