  1. Here is how the tie-breaker would work for your last scenario: Since all three teams have the same region record and head-to-head doesn't determine a winner, the tie breaker would be overall record: DCA 5-5 Ezell 4-6 E.R. 3-7
  2. Does a fake punt when GP was up by 30 mean anything to you?????
  3. I agree that people are underestimating East Robertson. I think that Fairview is the better team this year and will come out on top, but it may be closer than some think. Fairview's offense really started clicking last week when they put 49 on DCA. East's defense hasn't been able to stop its opponents offense this year (giving up 26+ in each of their 5 losses). Fairview's defense has trouble containing athletes like they will see on Friday night. My pick: Fairview 27 East 22
  4. To quote a moderately famous high school football coach, "If ifs and buts were candy and nuts, we'd all have a Merry Christmas."
  5. WOW!!! Fairview wins one region game and jumps from 6th or 7th to 3rd. Aren't you guys giving them a little too much credit? I am not sure I would count out DCA and East just yet. Also, Ezell didn't look great Friday, but they have some good athletes who can make some big plays.
  6. I guess noone has any thoughts on this one. Anywho, Fairview wins 27-0. Ezell has some athletes who can make big plays. Turnovers killed them tonight (7). Fairview's D looked tough, but their offense got off to a slow start. Good luck to both teams in the toughest region in the state.
  7. This was a close one last year. Ezell took the lead late in the game, but Fairview won on a long field goal in the closing seconds. I expect it to be a good game. Tell me what you think.
