Best LB in the state?

Tullahoma's Matt Thurman may not be the best but has to be near the top. 37 tackles in the first 2 games of the season. Not only is he a beast in the weight room, and runs a 4.7 but he also gets it done in the class room with a very high GPA.

I think CHRIS MOSBY of Christian Brothers is the most dominant linebacker in the super seven by far and easily in the top five of the whole state.

He's doing fine. His tackle numbers are down from last year, but the linemen are making a more stops, so he doesn't have to. Defense is doing well overall.

I agree. Thurman has been a dominate factor for the Tullahoma's defense as a 3 year starter and one of the leading tacklers in region 5-4A for the last 2 years. In on every tackle.

Thurman has 49 tackles in three games, second in region 5-4A to his teammate Tyler Sehorne with 45. definitely two of the best linebackers in 4A

Thomas Majors #1 from Maplewood has got to be mentioned as one of the top backers in the state.
