MO$$$$
For thoes that didnt hear the broadcast on the sports nut show last night on 104.1. Coach Dillard said the unsung hero of the game went to the crowd. I have to agree with him on this point. When the crowd finally came alive for the first time this year, the tigers come alive from behind, and scored 20 straight unanswered points to win the ball game. In the 4th quarter. Just shows what crowd support means to the players. GV has the team, they just need the support of the crowd. So GV fans continue to support the team and great things will happen. Without the crowd support it will be a long season. This isnt tennis or golf, where you clap, and cheer only when something good happens. This is football. Act like you are at a football game. Wheres the milk jugs??? The band also needs to learn their part on the football team also. They are part of the team. Fans, support the band they are a vital part of the program. You need to cheer when they are down also. They are building, and need the support. It takes a lot more time and practice to learn to play an instrument than play football. Respect that if nothing else. For the record, I dont have a kid in the band. Just showing respect and support. GO TIGERS PROGRAM!!!!!! Feel free to comment. Bishop Don A. Shizzle
Gordonsville has alot of fare-weathered fans. Fans who want nothing to do with the program when it has not been at its peak the past couple of seasons. I for one have cheered, and will cheer on Gordonsville since I moved there, and graduated there. Good Luck tonight against MJCA!
