I will retract my prediction of a Lavergne win if they are more concerned with a Smyrna rematch than the Cavs!

If you are wanting to compare anyone in Region 4 to Riverdale, at this point all teams look bad. Remember Riverdale has 76 or 77 straight regional wins at this point so what is Smyrna's record against Riverdale? At least LaVergne scored on Riverdale.

Anyway. back to LHS vs. CHS! Everybody says that Cookeville played there starters and didn't look that hot. Was it because that they already knew that they were goin to the playoffs? Never the less both teams will straighten up and fly right by the time Friday comes around. neither team wants to go home with a loss. Lavergne has a grudge match with cookeville from last year. I think LaVergne will take this one.

I will pull for all our region 4 teams this friday and if we get a rematch with lavergne and were to lose well ( don't faint lavergne folks) I wil sit on Lavergnes sideline and pull for them all the way the next week.

 

Region 4's toughness will show this friday night and Lavergne has played some very good teams

Nothing against Cookeville but I think that region is way down this year and I honestly believe smyrna or lavergne could handle cookeville where ever.

 

I really believe as far as who would be easiest to beat for Smyrna it would be Cookeville but --------------

 

 

A playoff game with Lavergne at Smyrna would be a great game set up and a great game atmosphere and being in the playoffs it will be even more amplified

 

Lets face it to win the state chamionship it takes a lot great football and a lot of things happening right so even though either of these teams might make it, there is a chance they won't so why not get back together for another game in an even more electric atmosphere

 

I am all for it!!

 

But that is a conversation for next week because if you lose this week it is all bs

82 cat i dont know how you can talk so highly of smyrna when they haven't really done anything. and just to let you know cookeville plays better when they are the under dog. Noone believed cookeville could beat 2 region 4 teams last year and they did and almost 3. so just keep thinking what you want.
