I know that it has to do with the size(enrollment), but does each state have different requirements? What are the cutoff sizes for each class/division size? Might seem like stupid questions to some but dont really understand how some schools seem to be bigger in size but still playing in lower classes...and how it varies from state to state it seems different. Thanks for any info.
