Tonight Greenbrier Ladycats played Jo Byrns at Jo Bryns. The Lady Cats and Lady Devils came out wanting the victory but the Lady Cats took the win 65 to 35. The Lady Cats took the win, but had to fight a battle to get it! The Lady Devils took cheap fouls on the Lady Cats. And also using not well thought out words. But the Lady Cats kept their cool and played their game. I don't think it was so much of the players strategy but the coach. I am not trying to point fingers but showing no class is trashy especially the way it was shown tonight. But the Lady Cats have gotten their 4 win and going for one more because some people tend to think they will only get 5 this year! But i think more...

You are CORRECT! about the lack of class! I've never seen 3 officials lose control so quick in a girls game. Talk about 'Thug Nation,' I was there last night. The cheap shots, cussing and just overall blatant fouls of the Jo Byrns players were UNbelievable!! Their coach needs to get a grip. Just because he doesn't have any talent doesn't mean he can allow all of that to go on in trying to get a W. But...

 

GREENBRIER gets another win (and overcame the bad calls, no calls, ugly talk and very ugly play AND still won the two season games by 29 and 30!) and that's enough solace for some.

 

The real season starts Jan. 5th.
